Cela fait la 3 eme visite Une carte Toscane petite mais excellente,une fiorentina hors-norme surtout la maturée Des pates excellentes et un tiramisu succulent Un hôtel qui paie pas de mine avecun vue exceptionnelle,une piscine super sympa. Un rapport qualité prix très intéressant

Hidden gem in the side of Toscana, lovely staff and amazing food! 10/10 when it comes to that, however, the thing that draws in down from 5/5 stars from me is that there was no AC in the room, which is a must in July when the temperature is 35-39 degrees

Abbiamo soggiornato 1 notte in questa struttura. La location è situata su più piani con terrazze che fanno godere di un fantastico panorama. L’ascensore è in vetro proprio per farti godere la vista! All’ultimo piano è situata la piscina. La location è curata e gli spazi comuni hanno uno stile particolare. Purtroppo la camera non è all’altezza, L’arredamento lascia a desiderare.. il bagno è scomodissimo. Se fai la doccia allaghi il bagno. Abbiamo dormito male perché anche il letto era scomodo e c’era solo un cuscino sottilissimo. Si parcheggia difronte la struttura. In compenso la ragazza che ci ha accolto è molto simpatica e disponibile, ci ha dato tante alternative su come passare il nostro weekend. La colazione buona con cornetti artigianali e bevande calde servite al tavolo. Consiglio il ristorante della struttura, bello e con pietanze davvero buone. Il servizio è da migliorare, un po’ lento. Playlist canzoni top! È stata una cena piacevole. Sicuramente si può migliorare ma comunque mi sento di consigliarlo! La struttura è comoda e pulita!

Esperienza personale pessima.... Non puoi far pagare al cliente la tua disattenzione, superficialità e poca professionalità.... Se hai torto da vendere oltre a chiedere scusa, cerchi di venire incontro al cliente proponendo una mediazione accettabile per entrambi ... Invece nulla... Mi spiace, ma ho trovato molta improvvisazione e poca professionalità e a essere penalizzato é solo il cliente.... Imparate da vostri errori e da chi dell'attenzione per il cliente ne fa la propria forza...Secondo la mia esperienza evitare... Punto di forza la location.

Struttura molto carina, anche se datata, ci sarebbe da curare un po' di più la pulizia nei dettagli, avrebbe solo bisogno di un minimo più di attenzione, spiccherebbe molto di più.
Il personale gentilissimo, e la colazione semplice (caffe e cornetto) che noi abbiamo fatto è molto buona qualitativamente.
La cultura Toscana si sente tutta, è stata una bella esperienza.

We hebben een erg aangenaam verblijf gehad bij Bellavista. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers zijn eenvoudig maar prima qua indeling. Douche, toilet en wastafel zijn schoon en ruim voldoende. Het zwembad boven het hotel is helemaal geweldig. Wat een uitzicht. Evenzo is het restaurant op het dakterras een prima plek om te vertoeven. Enige minpunt is de hitte op de kamers, daar wordt het gedurende de dag erg warm en is het moeilijk om de hitte er in de avond uit te krijgen.

Iniziamo parlando dei punti di forza : bellissima piscina , bellissima terrazza ristorante,bello il pool bar e la sala colazioni. Le cose da migliorare sono la qualità delle proposte del ristorante e della colazione, le camere superior si possono paragonare alle standard di altri hotel simili,120€ a notte è un prezzo un po' alto per il tipo di stanza proposta C'è un po' da fare per rendere il tutto omogeneo ,puntate sui punti di forza e cercate di adeguate il resto e avrete un'ottima struttura . Mi permetto di darvi anche un piccolo consiglio cambiate il menù cartaceo è confusionario , è più da osteria e non si addice alla bellezza della terrazza .
