I highly recommend Villa Dafne. Beautifully rustic; the cuisine is excellent, and the grounds are gorgeous. Hotel management and staff could not be friendlier or more fun. The cooking class with Giuseppe and chef Morella should not be missed.

Pranzo epifania dopo visita guidata dal titolare nell'azienda agricola.. pranzo dove e previsto nelle 2 sale una presenza di almeno 500 persone. La mia non vuole essere una recensione negativa solo per il gusto di criticare, ma essendo del settore faccio solo i complimenti allo chef e la sua Brigata che alla fine del pranzo sono venuti tavolo per tavolo a sincerarsi come sia andata, per ever gestito un numero esagerato di commensali con quello che passa il convento. Ah...il tutto per €45 musica e tombola compresa, chef alla prossima magari con il ristorante meno popolato sono convinto che si può esprimere meglio.

Anlage mit sehr gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis
Sehr schöne Anlage, sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Essen.
Unser erstes Zimmer war allerdings heruntergewirtschaftet und hatte nicht den gebuchten Standard.
Auf unsere Beschwerde bekamen wir ein anderes Zimmer.

Comida y servicio regular
El hotel es bonito, pero no tiene ninguna de las actividades que muestra en su pagina. Cuando solicite la actividad de los caballos, la senorea se mostro sorprendida y queria que yo llamara para agendarlo, y no estaba segura si se podia, pedi que me mostraran el establo de las vacas pero dijho que no se podia. No tienen ninguna actividad extra. Fuimos alla para descansar pero tambien por las actividades que muestran. La comida no fue de mi agrado tampoco. La pasta durisima ni siquiera era al dente.

Menu molto particolare e prodotti tipici locali hanno reso un pranzo domenicale qualcosa di eccezionale. Piatti curati e primi buonissimi (straconsigliato il risotto con zucca, salsiccia, giri e crema di nocciole) Lo chef è la sua brigata, a fine pranzo, hanno fatto il giro dei tavoli denotando interesse verso il parere dei commensali. Una bella scoperta!

Ho trascorso un wekeend rilassante , e soddisfatto di avere trascorso due giorni belli. Ieri sabato 9 novembre , cena con zuppe di legumi , davvero ottimi, tortellini in brodo e bollito eccezionale, carne tenerissima e cibo ottimo, dai formaggi , salumi , tutto buono. Il pranzo di oggi IDEM, Niente da dire. Personale gentilissimo , pulizie nella camera ottima, RITORNERÒ PRESTO. UN ABRACCIO HAI TITOLARI, MAMMA E FIGLIO, GENTILEZZA UNICA..
