The room was very dark, we didn't have a patio/terrace so we couldn't for example eat outside and inside was very dark and sad. We had lots of spiders and mosquitos in the room though it was quite clean. The room was very humid and there was a smell of humidity especially in the bedroom (pillows and blankets). The staff was very very nice and welcoming. The dinner was delicious but quite expensive and without a car you can't go anywhere, not even to the beach (no restaurants or grocery stores nearby). The pool was small. The beaches nearby are beautiful but with children it's a problem that the beaches have no services and they're quite occupied. It's in the middle of nothing so walking in the surroundings is not an option at least with children. It's nice if you like a very remote place a bit like camping. Wifi didn't work in the room even though it was supposed to.

This property is a hidden gem. Excellent value. Everything smells like flowers and herbs. Great bar, great clean pool. The grounds are beautiful. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant is AMAZING. The head chef is fantastic. Service just ridiculous. I cannot understand the mid reviews. This place is awesome. Would move here. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nel complesso una bella struttura inserita in una piccola zona verde ed alberata un pò isolata tra campagna arsa e mare; personale di accoglienza molto gentile; colazione insufficiente e assolutamente non in linea con il livello che vorrebbe avere la struttura, mentre la ristorazione è di buon livello e molto più curata; insonorizzazione tra le camere praticamente inesistente.

Noi siamo stati qui solo per 4 giorni, ma ci siamo divertiti un sacco. La posizione è ottimale per raggiungere le belle spiagge del Sinis e la colazione era eccellente con prodotti espressi, tra gli altri la ricotta con il miele, i sandwich, le uova strapazzate con il pomodoro... Il servizio delle bici, anche se usufruito una volta sola, era comodo per raggiungere la spiaggia di S'Arena Scoada. La piscina era curata e utilissima di sera quando tornavamo dalle spiagge per rinfrescarci e rilassarci. Il bilocale era pulito e funzionale, dotato di angolo cottura, una buona opzione da utlizzare se non avevamo voglia di uscire per cena. Abbiamo mangiato presso il ristorante dell'hotel e il cibo era ottimo. L'ambiente è molto curato ed immerso nel verde, ogni appartamento dispone di una verandina con un tavolino dove pranzare o cenare. Ci sono simpatici gattini che passeggiano in giro per l'hotel. Sicuramente consigliatissimo!

We found this place by chance as an emergency stay for one night. However, I wish we would stay here longer. The place is magical. The villa was nice with updated modern features and comfortable bed. The area is great and spacious with so many extras like bikes, pool and books. The team is very welcoming. And dinner service is outstanding and can not be missed. The location is very convenient with the short ride to beaches and supermarket.

2 settimane al menhirs dal 2 al 16 agosto, soggiorno fantastico: camera completamente nuova, pulita e comoda, biancheria pulita sempre disponibile. Bici a disposizione sempre per raggiungere le spiagge che distano 5 minuti e regalano mare spettacolare! La struttura è familiare e ci sente a casa con la piscina disponibile 24 ore su 24. Personale gentilissimo e Luca super chef ci ha viziato! La zona di Cabras è unica, poco affollata anche a ferragosto, si ci gode il mare meraviglioso del Sinis e le bellezze archeologiche! Consigliatissimo!!!

+ Gated property, very spacious and green, especially for rural Sardinia in the summer. + We had a villa, it was large for the five of us (3 adults, 2 kids 11 and 8 y o). + Nice pool with sunbeds and umbrellas. Lots of shade if you need to hide yourself from the sun. + Amazing beaches, everything from calm and tidy Spiaggia di s'Arena Scoada to lovely Is Arutas with quartz sand (a must see). + Very friendly and customer oriented staff. + Food! Amazing! Could possibly be more basic options for kids, but I understand why Luca wants to keep a traditional touch. + Kids loved everything about the place. - Hard to find where to eat lunch in rural Sardinia. There are some very basic food sheds at the beach. But the villa had a well equipped kitchen, and there is a large Crai supermarket just 10-15 minutes drive from the property, so we pretty much made our own lunch and ate it outside in the tree shade. Brings back the childhood memories. - There was a bee invasion at the pool on one sunny day, but it is hardly something that has to do with the property.

Siamo stati 3 giorni con la famiglia e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Residence immerso nel verde, in completo relax. La poscina affianco al ristorante e bar è l’ideale. Lo staff gentilissimo e cerca di metterti a tuo agio in ogni modo. Ottimo anche il ristorante la sera. Abbiamo prenotato per un secondo fine settimana!

We returuned there for 1 night, 3 years after spending 10 days in october ‘21. Still a fabulous place, and Luca is ever so a professional, kind, amusing and wonderful host. Some of the residences have been redone to a very high standard (we stayed in Nr 6). A wonderful oasis on the western coast of sardegna. I highly recommend it.
