There were scented sticks placed everywhere in the hallway. Unfortunately, the smell was quite unpleasant. There was also an unpleasant odor in the room. The wooden hallway floor creaked quite a bit.

Très bel hôtel situé sur l’île de la Madeleine à 5 minutes en voiture du centre et des restaurants, à 3 minutes à pied de la mer avec espace aménagé en bordure de mer et service voiturier pour la plage ( merci à Julia toujours disponible à la réception et à Diop S. pour nous avoir conduit en voiturette électrique à la mer tout au long de notre séjour avec le sourire) Dommage que les matelas à la mer ne soient pas compris dans la prestation et aussi onéreux (140 € la journée en première ligne) La piscine extérieure entre les rochers est magnifique, transat et matelas à disposition dans des espaces verdoyants et très bien aménagés. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres, le personnel est vraiment à vos petits soins, change de serviettes plusieurs fois par jour, peignoirs et chaussons dans la chambre pour le spa avec piscine intérieure, sauna, hammam, douche aux huiles essentielles. Le petit déjeuner est varié avec service intérieur ou au bord de la piscine, possibilité de commander à la carte, seul bémol au niveau des viennoiseries. Merci à Antonio et à Francois pour le service du petit déjeuner sans oublier Ana , hôtesse d’accueil qui nous a donné de précieux conseils en français pour agrémenter notre séjour. Le restaurant gastronomique propose un menu à 60 € hors boisson, les plats sont savoureux et bien présentés, seul bémol pour les desserts. La pizzeria de l’hôtel propose des tarifs plus doux, les pizzas sont excellentes. Merci à toute l’équipe pour ce merveilleux séjour 🙌

Hotel davvero bello che merita le 5 stelle. Camere spaziose e pulite ed estrema gentilezza e cortesia. Colazione abbondantissima. Bellissimo il nuovo beach club (i gazebo vanno prenotati) dal quale vedere uno splendido tramonto. Va forse variato un po' lo stile interno dell'hotel, un po' particolare e, secondo noi, fuori tema con tutti il resto che invece è perfettamente integrato con il Mood dell'isola

Nous avons été agréablement surpris — l’hôtel s’est révélé plus grand, plus beau et mieux conçu que ce à quoi nous nous attendions. Chaque détail semble avoir été soigneusement pensé : de la clé intelligente au système d’aération discret au-dessus du réfrigérateur. Le spa est magnifique, le stationnement intérieur est un vrai plus, et la piscine très agréable. Si vous avez une voiture, l’emplacement est parfait. Le lit était très confortable, les oreillers les meilleurs de tout notre voyage, et le déjeuner absolument exceptionnel. Un grand merci au personnel attentionné et professionnel — nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Ero già stato l anno scorso e mi ero trovato bene, ottima colazione, ottime torte, forse le brioches eran più buone l anno scorso. Garage coperto, tutti gentili e disponibili all accettazione, fantastiche le pizze della pizzeria ma&ma adiacente l hotel. Letti comodi, qs anno son stato sfortunato e ho trovato nella camera sopra la mia gente rumorosa, prima con musica alta e poi con passi di zoccoli o tacchi avanti e indietro x la stanza fino alle 3 di notte. Disponibili dalla reception per risolvermi il problema ci hanno offerto per la notte successiva un upgrade in una stanza all ultimo piano, dove rumori non ce ne sn stati e abbiam dormito bene. Mi aspettavo una miglior insonorizzazione, per il resto soggiorno perfetto.

Fomos recebidos com uma taça de Prosecco deliciosa.
A Funcionaria Silvia percebeu que falávamos portugues e se empenhou em nos atender em nossa lingua.
Nos explicou tudo do Hotel.
O Hotel é lindo , fica proximo ao centro (30 min a pe e a caminhada e super agradavel (pra quem gosta de caminhar como nos), conta com estacionamento gratuito e facil , tem uma piscina e area externa linda cheia de espreguiçadeiras e camas com guarda-sois.
Tem uma academia que embora seja pequena ,conseguimos utilizar. Tem spa e piscina interna mas nao usamos.
O Restaurante dentro do Hotel é muito bom e a comida estava uma delicia. A Pizzaria ao lado do Hotel tb do mesmo grupo, é muito boa.
Senti falta somente de uma máquina de cafe no quarto, mas conversando sobre isso , e falaram que numa proxima eu posso solicitar e eles colocam no quarto.
Com certeza quero voltar.

Mein Aufenthalt im Grand Hotel Resort Ma&Ma in La Maddalena war einfach unvergesslich! Die Zimmer waren großzügig, modern und äußerst komfortabel – hier fühlt man sich sofort wohl. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet, das keine Wünsche offen ließ. Ein echtes Highlight war der gebuchte Tagesausflug mit dem Boot, inklusive hervorragender Verpflegung – ein einzigartiges Erlebnis, das wir nie vergessen werden. Das gesamte Personal war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Absolut empfehlenswert – wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Das Hotel für kurze Aufenthalte nicht schlecht, Service und Ausstattung lassen jedoch 5-Sterne-Standard vermissen. Keine Kaffeemaschine odfer Wasserkocher in den meisten Räumen, Frühstück ohne Abwechslung. Selbst als wiederholter Gast mit längerem Aufenthalt keine Wertschätzung.
