We are in a very particular position at the landscape level, with crystal clear beaches and pristine areas reminiscent of the Caribbean, albeit in a very well organized context as services.The villa is located in an independent area with a large garden that surrounds it on all four sides and which leaves a lot of privacy to guests, the garden is divided into two areas, one which competes the upper part of the villa, wider and one that competes the lower part where we also find access to reserved parking spaces.From the panoramic verandas of the house we can see the glimpse of the sea that looks towards the beach of the Cinta di San Teodoro and we also see a large green area that leaves a lot of intimacy to the guests. From here you enter the living area of the house with a large living room with sofas and dining area and a separate relaxation area with other sofas which during the summer becomes completely part of the veranda, opening the large windows overlooking the garden.
