Dieses Hotel ist das beste Beispiel für eine 2 Klassen Gesellschaft! Der Oberkellner ist ausschließlich am Verkauf des Trüffel interessiert. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht. Unser Abendessen unterschied sich so Eklatant von dem der Gäste, welche nach Karte bestellten, dass es ein Witz war. Wir hatten nach jedem Abendessen noch Hunger !! Der Ober versuchte uns laufend den teuren Wein nachzuschenken, damit die Flasche möglichst schnell Leer wurde und er eine weitere verkaufen konnte. Die bereits bestehenden Bewertungen kann ich in keinster Weise nachvollziehen, da diese nicht der Wahrheit entsprechen!! Hier drängt sich der Verdacht der gekauften Bewertungen sehr auf !!

Quel ravissement! Hôtel accueillant, propre, offrant un panel de services complet. Chambres et literie parfaites. Personnel stylé, aux petits soins, d'une gentillesse et d'une politesse exemplaires. Restaurant gastronomique. Situé dans le calme de l'arrière-pays d'Orta, dans la montagne. Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour et recommandons vivement pour autant que d'avoir une voiture à disposition.

Das Zimmer das wir hatten lag an einer viel befahrenen Straße und daher sehr laut.
Beim Frühstück könnte es mehr Abwechslung geben es gab jeden Morgen den gleichen Käse etc. Dabei gibt es so tolle regionale Produkte dort.

Très bel hôtel, avec un beau patio et un bel intérieur. Chambres confortables, manque peut être une bouilloire pour se faire un thé/café mais la salle de repos/bar est très agréable aussi.
Le petit déjeuner compris est apprécié.
Le système de ventilation ne fonctionnait pas assez ou nous n'avons peut être pas compris mais avons laissé la fenêtre ouverte

Hotel raffinato ed elegante, con splendida piscina ed ampi spazi esterni. Si trova ad alcuni km dal lago di Orta, ma quello che può sembrare un limite, in realtà si rivela un' arma vincente: l'hotel infatti si trova sulle alture, il che consente di godere di frescura nelle ore serali e mattutine, soprattutto in una stagione calda come l'attuale.
