When you offer a proposal like this you can't help but be successful... Ancient structure, surrounded by greenery just a stone's throw from the village.... Attended to down to the smallest details with great taste and expertly managed by Lorenzo.... Impeccable host.... kind, with refined manners, smiling and available for a very pleasant conversation.... Our room boasted great taste in the furnishings, bright despite being in an attic, perfectly clean and very large... At "Contado" I truly felt at home and this is the best compliment I can give.... Another special mention for the breakfast that was organized by Lorenzo according to our tastes and very generous in quantity and quality.... What else to say? Passing through the area we will see each other again without a doubt!!! The road is right, dear Lorenzo, you will receive the success you deserve!

Ottima esperienza. Proprietari gentilissimi e accoglienti. Stanza grande e bagno molto grandi e ben ristrutturati. Colazione completa (non a buffet, ma a scelta il giorno prima). Vicino a Modena e comodo per la Motor Valley. Consiglio a motociclisti (no garage, ma c'è il cancello). Alla prossima!

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. A 5 km da Modena Play, comodissimo. Pulizia eccellente e locali rinnovati. Colazione ottima ed abbondante. Possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto all'interno del cancello della struttura. Proprietario gentile e disponibile.

I used the B&B for just one night on a business trip, convenient location outside Modena, very good breakfast, you order in the evening and the fact that there is no buffet limits the choice a bit (this makes the difference between a 5 and a 4 rating). Arrivati in serata, abbiamo pernottato una notte per spezzare il viaggio verso il Trentino. La mattina, dopo la colazione molto semplice, siamo ripartiti.
