L’albergo è lontano dalla spiaggia, il servizio navetta funziona, il personale della spiaggia è stato scortese. La spiaggia non è dell’albergo e il personale della spiaggia è stato scortese, nemmeno pagando un supplemento, dato che la quota spiaggia è compresa nel pacchetto dell’albergo. E’ stato veramente brutto, andare a migliaia di chilometri di distanza per godersi 1 settimana di ferie, invece rovinata da del personale scortese, per il mare non lo consiglio vivamente.

We stayed at the Hotel Caesar Palace in Giardini Naxos for a week in mid July and were left very underwhelmed. Although marketed as a 4 star hotel, it feels more like a self-awarded rating, perhaps valid in the 1990s but not today. We even paid an additional €140 to upgrade to a “deluxe” room, which turned out to be far from deluxe. The only difference was a small terrace that lacked privacy. The room itself was dated and in need of renovation, with an odd mix of decor and features like an oversized tasselled key fob straight out of a bygone era. The corridors were poorly lit and had an eerie atmosphere. Location wise, it’s not great. There is a free shuttle to the beach and Giardini Naxos town, but the schedule is inconsistent and unreliable. Reviews suggesting there are always plenty of sun loungers at the pool are misleading, we frequently struggled to find one. Drinks were basic, limited to branded soft drinks, draft beer and house red or white wine. Anything beyond that, like a proper cocktail, cost extra, even on the all inclusive package. The food was very hit and miss, mostly miss. Breakfast was by far the poorest meal, with hot options like scrambled eggs being particularly poor. Other reviews suggesting the food is good must have really low standards. Lunch and dinner weren’t much better. Pasta dishes were decent (one dish they were good at), but fish dishes were poorly prepared, often overcooked and full of bones. We ended up eating lunch elsewhere most days. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again and would strongly advise against booking all inclusive. This hotel does not live up to its advertised standard and needs a serious update before it can justify its price or its star rating

It’s a fantastic hotel , very pretty gardens , yes it’s dated BUT it’s spotlessly clean and you have everything you need , the food is great with a great variety had no problems finding something to eat even with two fussy girls . Great staff very friendly and helpful especially the entertainment staff . Beach shuttle bus is very good and convenient. The pool is lovely and always plenty of beds and a pool eatery area is great with pizza and hotdogs . Special shout out to leoardo and the kids disco and shows very good and the girls loved it . Very safe hotel and everyone’s very helpful . Of all the hotels I’ve stayed at so far this is the best , there’s just something about the whole place and look forward to returning next year .

siamo tornati a casa da qualche giorno e già vorremmo tornarci. Luoghi suggestivi, all'ombra dell'Etna ma con un piede in mare. Un mare cristallino, puliti e accogliente. Questo è il territorio che ci ha coccolati per 10 giorni. La struttura è bellissima, grandissima, con un immenso potenziale. Potrebbe, a mio parere, avere una stella in più se curasse qualche piccolo dettaglio. Non ha nulla da invidiare alle strutture della Riviera romagnola. Il personale è accogliente, disponibile e cordiale. Speriamo di rivederci prossimamente.

Fantastico soggiorno grazie alla qualità dei servizi. Ho apprezzato moltissimo il cibo al ristorante e la piscina sempre pulita. Un grazie in particolare alle signore delle pulizie per la loro gentilezza e disponibilità. Lo staff della reception molto professionale e accogliente, in particolare Anneke. E per completare lo staff animazione ha allietato le nostre giornate. Struttura davvero molto bella e servizi al top. La consiglio assolutamente.

Ciao a tutti, ho trascorso 15 giorni con la moglie, mi sono trovato benissimo in tutto. Personale dalla reception al ristorante ai ragazzi dell'animazione alle signore che rassettano le camere tutti gentilissimi e molto educati ti aiutano in tutto quello che chiedi. GRAZIE DI CUORE A TUTTI SONO 3 ANNI CHE SIAMO VOSTRI OSPITI SPERIAMO IN UN QUARTO. Un saluto particolare a quel mattacchione di SALVATORE il ragazzo dell' animazione.
