Havre de paix où nous avons terminé au calme notre séjour en Italie. Le jardin est enchanteur avec son moulin Le dîner était exquis Merci au chef et au personnel J’ai bien apprécié mon mojito aux fruits rouge La suite était aussi s charmante que spacieuse

This place is a hidden gem! The property was previously an olive oil mill. We stayed in the room with the olive grinder and the collection vat is now a bath tub! The staff is beyond amazing and we had dinner at their restaurant all three nights….It was that great! Cooking class was interactive, personal and delicious! Fresh, homemade, baked pastry every morning… we can’t wait to go back.

The property is outstanding and a credit to the relais châteaux brand. Set in beautiful Tuscany the hotel is beautifully maintained the staff and service is exceptional. Prime location for exploring the rest of Tuscany. Would certainly recommend a stay at IL Bottaccio.

das ganze Gebäude und der Garten wunderschön renoviert mit exzellenter Kunst ausgestattet. Frühstück und Abendessen sehr gut, individueller und sehr freundlicher Service. Ein sehr ruhiges und persönliches Hotel.

MONTIGNOSO non è propriamente una località che possa competere con Pietrasanta o dintorni. Ma possiamo assicurare che quando si arriva al Bottaccio si entra in un altro mondo. Struttura magnifica con mulino funzionante e opere d’arte disseminate con gusto e con grande misura. Il giardino sarebbe da godere meglio di quanto abbiamo fatto noi. Stanza molto bella anche se senza frigo e con cassaforte che “cassaforte” non è essendo non murata e asportabile come una scatola di scarpe. Personale impeccabile, anche le risorse più giovani. Incredible experience in the foothills, 15 minutes from the beach clubs and from Pietrasanta. The chef is creative and masterful, the grounds are beautifully maintained, the Royal Suite could be worth the extra cost, and most importantly, the staff was attentive to our every need.

We were extremely pleased with the accommodations, the grounds and the facility. The food was outstanding, both breakfast and dinner. However, the personalized service and kindness extended by Irena and Chef Mosca made this a must return again for us.

a great hotel, great restaurant worthy of Michelin stars, perfect ambiance. this was our fifth time there and we certainly intend to come back. the décor both inside and outside is great and so is the friendly service.
