The location is great! You can see the New Bridge while sitting in the hotel. It is really a prime location. You can add 30 euros to get the best view room.

It was one the best hotel overall including just the right services at the right location. We checked out early and they were kind enough as to provide us with a picnic bag full of food, it was a nice touch. Thank you! We want to re-visit as soon as we can!

The room was nice with direct access to the garden and pool, the breakfast was good. Waited a long time to be seated in the restaurant for breakfast but no one came to greet us. The service at the front desk was very good.

The location is right on the side of the town's only scenic spot (the canyon), and the price paid is a good location for it. The room facilities are old, the marble beside the bathtub is damaged and has not been repaired, there is mold on the side of the bathtub, and the toilet seat is scratched. The booking photo on Trip.com showed a canyon view, so I booked that room type. It turned out to be a mountain view. I was too lazy to go to the front desk to find out more. I was only staying for one night anyway.
The advantage is that the room is large (300 square feet) and the carpet is clean. It was only 2 degrees Celsius at night in February, and the heating in the room was warm enough.
Breakfast is included in the room price, so even if you don't eat it, it's understaffed, the selection is small, and the quality is very average.
