I booked a king-size bed room and wrote that it was for one person, but it was originally for two people. I didn't think too much and wrote one. When I went there, they insisted to add 36 euros, and the room remained the same, saying that it was for one person as I wrote when booking. It's terrible. The surrounding area is quite remote, not far from the Leaning Tower of Pisa, but the way to get there is terrible. You have to walk through a long corridor under a bridge. It's very noisy, and there's nothing to eat nearby

This hotel needs urgent remodeling, except for the swimming pool. I can't stay here for more than a day. The location is also not good, so if the hotel runs its own shuttle bus, more people will come. The desk staff were very friendly.

I thought I got a bargain. 5⭐ hotel for this price. Parking fee is charged. Hotel hygiene is really average. This is not 5⭐ at all. Not even 4⭐. I hope Ctrip can lower the ⭐ of this hotel. Parking fee is charged. Really speechless😑

Hotel very close to the center of Pisa and surrounded by nature, friendly and professional staff, the clean and well-structured structure would need a restyling because it is a bit impersonal especially the rooms, breakfast very good and full of savory and sweet products overall good

The hotel environment and breakfast are good, but the trash can in the room is broken, the shower faucet bracket is not working, you need to use your hands to protect it from falling when taking a shower, the hair dryer is broken and a good one is placed in the bathroom, but it requires a wall-mounted trailer when blowing hair 😬, fortunately the price is not expensive and I don't care about 5 stars as 3 stars
