Recently, we had a very bizarre experience at this restaurant at lunchtime. We have stopped there before and found it very good value and quality for a Menu del dia, and appreciated the peace and easy parking away from the coast. However, this time was completely different. We ordered a half caraffe of red wine and were told that we had to have a bottle, so I ordered a glass of wine as my husband wasn`t drinking. Not possible! Really? a restaurant that can`t serve you a glass of wine? So we opted for water. We then noticed that the only other table with diners had a half caraffe of wine. When we pointed this out they reluctantly brought us one. The pasta as a first course was fine but my husband's fish was like rubber. My Milanese was rather small. OK, it's a cheap meal we thought, but it wasn`t. The bill was Euro 46 which was far more than when we visited in April. We queried it and they told us we had had breakfast! How could we have had breakfast when we had just arrived in a campervan after travelling from Tuscany that morning? I hope this was just confusion on their part and not deliberate deceipt. I doubt we will be going back

Posizione: 6, 5 Situato in altura a pochi chilometri dal mare l'Hotel gode di una posizione pregevole anche se per scendere a San Bartolomeo servono 5 minuti di auto. Non ho notato la presenza di mezzi pubblici nelle vicinanze. Servizi: 6/7 Manca l'ascensore, due piani con le valigie non sono proprio il massimo. Personale cordiale e gentile. Parcheggio gratuito, peccato un accesso all'Hotel con una salita molto dissestata, avendo una macchina bassa è stato un trauma scendere rischiando di toccare sotto. Bellissima piscina adatta ai bimbi e ai grandi. Camera: 4 Purtroppo si sentivano i nostri vicini molto rumosi, e tutti i rumori provenienti dall'esterno. Piuttosto datata aveva una porta finestra che stentava a chiudersi, avevo un filo del telefono che penzolava sopra la testata, i materassi piuttosto malridotti. Manca il bollitore. Il problema grosso è stato il bagno, piccolo e disposto in modo scomodo, il piatto doccia molto rovinato e un po' poco pulito. Colazione:8 Colazione ottima, molti dolci di qualità, pizza, focaccia (la Liguria si sente), diverse tipologie di salato. Marmellata e Nutella. Buonissimo il cappuccino, brava la signora che l'ha preparato. Vito complessivo: 6+

Giro spesso per lavoro, soprattutto nel periodo estivo e per caso ho scelto questa struttura, visto il grande caldo di questi giorni, per approfittare di un bagno in piscina. Parto proprio da quest'ultima, davvero curata e godibile, adiacente al fabbricato principale ad uso hotel, inoltre c'è anche un blocco ristorante. La clientela è diversificata, un pò turisti un pò lavoratori, forse per via del prezzo conveniente, seppur alto, ma essendo in alta stagione in Liguria, si sa che le cifre salgono alle stelle. La parte di hotel è molto datata, con porte e sanitari vecchi, c'era però il climatizzatore e il frigo, molto utili in questo periodo, ok la pulizia. Ristorazione a livello basico, personale molto gentile e rapido, prezzi onestissimi. Che dire...per turismo probabilmente non opterei per questa struttura, ma per lavoro, dove si scende a compromessi e i parametri sono altri, devo dire la stra consiglio.

Hotel davvero bello, la piscina è davvero stupenda. A 5 minuti di macchina dalle spiagge. Colazione buona. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo. Hotel pulito. Super consigliato a chi cerca una vacanza di relax.

Ho chiamato l'hotel per chiedere conferma del prezzo di booking e per sapere il prezzo per il soggiorno drl cane; appena conclusa la telefonata (nell'arco di 30 secondi), hanno tolto da internet la camera che mi interessava rimettendola a prezzo ben superiore. Assolutamente scorretti e disonesti

Petite déception en apprenant que les personnes qui réservent via booking ou ********** ne sont pas mis dans le bâtiment rénové mais dans l'ancien bâtiment... il n'y a aucune précision à ce sujet lors de la réservation.
