Sono tornata dopo 5 anni in questo posto che mi ricordavo come un piccolo paradiso e invece sono rimasta molto male del declino che ho potuto visionare. Parto dalla piscina con bordo in mosaico nero e credo mai pulito il tech sollevato e pieno di spine, teli bucati,prato nn curato,ombrelloni sporchi e rotti…. Allego foto

After a busy week in the Montepulciano area of Tuscany (incredible), we stayed for several days at the Argentario Resort, and it was perfect in many ways. The rooms are well appointed, very clean, and have everything necessary to completely relax. The property is safe, well taken care of, and has a great spa and exercise area with both indoor and outdoor pools. The breakfast buffet is great with good service. The housekeeping while we visited was extraordinary! Always on top of everything, if/when we left the room (impressive). The resort has everything needed to unwind, including great views from most rooms and especially the pool area. Highly recommend!

Il resort è in una posizione splendida, ottimo il campo da golf. Una nota negativa al livello manutentivo della struttura in particolare nella camera c'era un persistente odore di muffa che, sebbene abbiamo soggiornato solo per due notti, al rientro aveva pervaso ogni capo in valigia. Il personale non all'altezza di un 5 stelle. Peccato

Service is top notch. So much attention to detail! The food on the resort was good. It is peaceful place that offers transportation (at a cost) to the local village for shopping and restaurants. They also organized a visit to a nearby winery with a driver for us The golfers in our group raved about the course. This area was our favorite part of our Italian vacation.

Just back from a week of golf at Arnentario wellness and golf resort. Very bad experience. Hotel rooms downright dirty and worn out, hotel stinks of mold, there are scented candles everywhere to cover up the smell. Swimming pool dirty, even live caterpillars at the water's edge. Staff inexperienced and arrogant. Unbelievable that this is still promoted as 5 stars. What a deception. First nine holes of the golf are on a construction site, playing quietly is something else. Only plus point of the week: friendly lady at the reception of the golf club.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été agréablement surpris par l’upgrade de notre chambre ainsi que le cadeau de bienvenue, une délicate attention que nous avons beaucoup appréciée. L’hôtel est très bien décoré, les espaces communs comme la piscine et les terrasses sont superbes, et le parfum d’ambiance ajoute une touche raffinée à l’ensemble. La chambre était parfaite : propre, bien entretenue et avec une vue à couper le souffle. Le petit-déjeuner est également un vrai point fort : les choix du buffet sont variés, frais et de grande qualité. Un grand merci à la jeune femme qui nous a accueillis au check-in pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme, ainsi qu’à toute l’équipe du petit-déjeuner pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur efficacité. Une mention spéciale à la jeune femme française, d’une grande gentillesse et très professionnelle, qui a vraiment marqué notre séjour par sa bienveillance. Merci également à l’équipe housekeeping pour la qualité de leur travail. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel, que ce soit pour jouer au golf ou simplement pour se reposer dans un cadre paisible et élégant. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
