Service is top notch. So much attention to detail! The food on the resort was good. It is peaceful place that offers transportation (at a cost) to the local village for shopping and restaurants. They also organized a visit to a nearby winery with a driver for us The golfers in our group raved about the course. This area was our favorite part of our Italian vacation.

Net terug van een week golf in Arnentario wellness and golf resort. Heel slechte ervaring . Hotelkamers ronduit vuil en versleten , hotel stinkt naar schimmel , overal staan er geurka****n om de geur te verdoezelen. Zwembad vuil, zelfs levende rupsen aan de waterrand. Personeel onervaren en arrogant. Ongelooflijk dat dit nog gepromoot wordt als 5 sterren. Wat een bedrog. Eerste negen holes van de golf liggen aan bouwwerf, rustig spelen is iets anders. Enig pluspunt van de week : vriendelijke dame aan de balie van de golfclub.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel, idéalement situé dans un lieu magnifique. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été agréablement surpris par l’upgrade de notre chambre ainsi que le cadeau de bienvenue, une délicate attention que nous avons beaucoup appréciée. L’hôtel est très bien décoré, les espaces communs comme la piscine et les terrasses sont superbes, et le parfum d’ambiance ajoute une touche raffinée à l’ensemble. La chambre était parfaite : propre, bien entretenue et avec une vue à couper le souffle. Le petit-déjeuner est également un vrai point fort : les choix du buffet sont variés, frais et de grande qualité. Un grand merci à la jeune femme qui nous a accueillis au check-in pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme, ainsi qu’à toute l’équipe du petit-déjeuner pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur efficacité. Une mention spéciale à la jeune femme française, d’une grande gentillesse et très professionnelle, qui a vraiment marqué notre séjour par sa bienveillance. Merci également à l’équipe housekeeping pour la qualité de leur travail. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel, que ce soit pour jouer au golf ou simplement pour se reposer dans un cadre paisible et élégant. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Sono stato nella struttura per una settimana. Con mio figlio abbiamo giocato a golf prendendo delle lezioni quotidiane. Ci hanno accolto occupandosi dei bagagli e dell’auto permettendoci di iniziare subito la vacanza. Ricezione gentilì e efficaci ci hanno riservato e consigliato ogni sera un ristorante. Sorprese piacevoli quali una bottiglia di bollicine quale benvenuto e i biscottini del pomeriggio. Colazione importante e personale attento e premuroso! Stanza con due letti francesi e grande terrazza .
