The cuttlefish noodles in the restaurant are very delicious, and the service at the hotel front desk and restaurant is very good. Ero stato solo per giocare a golf al Riva Toscana non trovando un gran bel campo soprattutto nei fairway ma la struttura molto bella mi ha convinto a passare qualche giorno nel resort dopo qualche mese. Buon parcheggio, bene la reception e l'accoglienza con la regia della sig.ra Anna; la ns camera era grande , ottima pulizia e insonorizzazione. Bene il bar e la colazione. Il ristorante è un pò ricercato ma decisamente buono e l'abbiamo apprezzato. Ho trovato il campo da golf decisamente migliorato anche se vi sono le prime 9 buche ancora con fairway decisamente migliorabile mentre le seconde 9 mi sono sembrate meglio con dei panorami sul golfo spettacolari; pressocchè perfetti i green. La piscina è un pò piccola ed esterna ma a noi è piaciuta un pò di tranquillità ed intimità. Bene lo stabilimento balneare in convenzione. Noi siamo stati molto bene e stiamo valutando di tornarci.

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel war äußerst angenehm, da die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich waren und alles rundherum perfekt war – absolut empfehlenswert! Der Golfplatz hat wunderschöne Sicht auf das Meer, leider zu wenig gut gepflegt. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

E’ la terza volta che soggiorniamo in questa struttura tutta la famiglia durante le feste natalizie e, quest’anno ho trovato molti miglioramenti. Ilaria, responsabile reception, è stata assolutamente all’altezza nella risoluzione di piccoli problemi, preparata e molto professionale, sempre sorridente e disponibile, come tutti i componenti della reception. L’anno passato non era così. Bravissimo il nuovo maitre, Arcangelo. Anche lui disponibilissimo e professionale. Ringrazio anche lo chef che prepara ottimi piatti sia a pranzo che a cena. La struttura è sempre molto pulita e accogliente. Bravi torneremo sicuramente

Siamo stati io e mio marito per capodanno e abbiamo scelto questo posto perché cercavamo una struttura che offrisse sia la cena che la serata ma è stato tutto fuorché bella e divertente. Abbiamo speso 215€ per mangiare cose che hanno lasciato a desiderare per il prezzo pagato, un intrattenimento freddo e misero.. c’è stato un piano bar che poteva essere gradito all’inizio della serata per scaldare l’ambiente ma poi l’intrattenimento non è stato all’altezza di una serata come quella di capodanno. Giusto a mezzanotte c’è stata una tenue scintilla che è durata veramente pochi minuti. E’ saltato all’occhio la discontinuità del sevizio che si alternava a camerieri preparati a persone che sembravano ingaggiate all’ultimo momento. In definitiva siamo stati indotti a crearci delle aspettative che non sono state minimamente raggiunte.. quindi alle 00,40 siamo andati via amareggiati.. non torneremo sicuramente.

prezzo troppo alto per un campo tenuto malissimo, green a parte tutto il resto lascia a desiderare a cominciare dalla mancanza di erba in molte parti, la struttura fredda e distante non è per niente adatta al golfista locale che vuole venire a giocare qua......tutto è fatto per chi soggiorna nel resort.....al bar non ti considerano nemmeno....vergognosi.

Sono arrivato con mio padre per giocare a golf, entrati nella Club House, abbiamo avuto un'ottimo servizio, molto contenti di parlare del campo da golf, trasmettevano la passione per il golf, soprattutto Gianni, è stato gentilissimo e cordiale. Dopo aver giocato le nostre 18 buche siamo andati al bar, e in pochissimo tempo sono venuti a chiederci cosa volevamo, abbiamo preso due toast e ce li hanno serviti in tempo record, tra l'altro buonissimo e si sentiva di ottima qualità.
