Dopo anni di vacanze al club del sole,e ogni anno sempre in peggio,quest'anno il top come vacanza rovinata. Hanno deciso di accorciare ancora di piu gli orari,scandalosa la piscina che apre appena alle 10 e chiude alle 18 con ancora caldo e sole,animazione pari a zero e quel poco noiosa,il bar anticipa la chiusura alle 22.30 ...quindi se volete annoiarvi con costi da hotel 5 stelle ok altrimenti sconsigliato alla grande!!

Bellissimo campeggio per famiglie con tante attrazioni, dal parco acquatico, parco avventura , animazione e ottimi servizi ( ristorante , market , pizzeria ) senza contare che sei a 30 metri dal mare, una vera vacanza relax personale super bravi tutti, torneremo

Innanzi tutto grandi complimenti allo staff di animazione sempre pronti in tutte le attività, il capo Prince molto capace ad organizzare serate divertenti e a coordinare i ragazzi per le varie attività. Il Club l'ho trovato molto piacevole , belle le camere sempre pulite, e il personale sempre gentile....

Firstly I will like to talk about the reception, lovely people at the front desk and always ready to solve all our minor problems, restaurant is top notch and the guys at the bar, Giulia,Max,donata and the rest I don't remember the names.lovely waterpark led by Leo the chief life guard. Now to the best part of our vacation, the entertainment group,young people with so much love and good energy, Aurora with her lovely smile and fitness activities,Luca our favourite dancer and always ready for good dialogues,Ernesto from Cuba was with the best energy ever,the girls from the mini club are super lovely, always have different activities everyday,Claudia and Franziska and then the mini club manager Chiara who has the best smile and energy,entertained us with her babydance. Now to the captain of the team, PRINCE the most amazing human you can find, always gentle and very respectful,well organised and always ready to satisfy every of our desires. With his favourite frase "HO DETTO CIAOOO".And also the director Mr Marco was also everywhere to make sure things work accordingly. Thanks marina julia and we hope to see you soon again.

Il villaggio anche se datato presenta alcuni aspetti positivi come la posizione del parco acquatico ma anche degli aspetti negativi come l'affluenza massiccia di esterni al parco acquatico che in alcuni giorni lo hanno reso quasi impraticabile (vedi un solo bagno per centinaia di persone). È un posto tranquillo ideale per famiglie con bambini piccoli. Purtroppo in fase di prenotazione questo non è ben evidenziato anzi sull'app c'è chiaramente indicato un servizio di animazione dedicato ai ragazzi (mai visto è già rilevato nelle recensioni precedenti) . Animazione per i bambini è sicuramente adatta mentre per ragazzi e adulti non vale un villaggio. Mezz'ora di baby dance e mezz'ora di spettacoli che si riducono a balli di gruppo, visione di film, elezione del cane più bello, .... Non possono chiaramente ricordare l'animazione di un villaggio Club del sole. Clienti abituali hanno riferito che comunque il problema di quest'anno è proprio legato al gruppo di animazione e in particolare al capo animazione… cosa che gli scorsi anni non era avvenuto. Basti pensare che al giorno di Ferragosto ci sono stati sì alcuni giochi in piscina, ma la sera, dove da programma era prevista una festa hawaiana, non vi è stato altro che musica che usciva dal palco senza la presenza di alcun animatore che animasse la serata. Molti clienti si sono spostati per questo in una festa in spiaggia organizzata dal comune. Credo sia molto grave visto il prezzo pagato. Un solo consiglio: i clienti vanno posti al centro dell'attenzione e non ignorati e non ascoltati, o ancor peggio non salutati.

Dears, That's an amazing place with amazing stuff everywhere. Everyone is helpful, happy and try to make everything to make you satisfied. Restaurant is very good with tasty and delicious food always and everyday something new and better than yesterday. Pools are very clean and life guards are always in the right place. The best of the best is the animation team, they really made us so happy and they care about kids because which is most important for families and they are the main to we are here. Animation manager is a very nice guy calls Prince and all the team Kiki,Aurora,Claudia,fransi and Mr Luca. Really many many thanks for you because you made a lot of very nice programs daily for kids and for adults also like karaoke and just dance show what a lovely evenings we had. Thanks again for all, specially animation team and be sure next year we will be there on time 😍😊😉♥️

villaggio bellissimo pieno di vita perfetto per animali e bambini animazione al top volevo ringraziare specialmente Claudia che con un inglese perfetto riesce a comunicare con tutti i bambini del mini club, Francisca che essendo tedesca riesce a far andare d'accordo tutti i bimbi con la sua lingua madre e Chiara la super responsabile (ed italiana) che riesce ad organizzare perfettamente tutte le attività per i bambini e non mancano mai di energia (io sarei stravolto dopo 30 minuti) che dire dello sport, c'è Luca un ragazzo di bella presenza che riesce ad organizzare da solo tutti i tornei tornei completi di tutti gli sport: basket, pallavolo, calcio, ping pong e molto altro per la parte del fitness c'è Aurora, una ragazza iper solare che parla con tutti ingiro per la piscina che con la sua acqua gym è insuperabile niente da dire della parte serale se non complimenti: ragazzi iper preparati con Ernesto come direttore artistico che monta degli spettacoli invidiabili e al microfono c'è Prince il capo animazione che guida i ragazzi e conduce le serate in modo più che simpatico. ho avuto il piacere di parlarci e ho scoperto che è una persona fantastica e molto gentile Il Direttore super efficiente che riesce a coordinare tutto in maniera discreta e attenta, piscina super attrezzata con buona musica e belle attrazioni bagni puliti e casette accoglienti.
