Habitacion muy amplia y la cama muy comoda. Destaco sobre todo la amabilidad de todo el personal. La comida buena, una vista espectacular y parking gratuito ( en frente del hotel), uso del SPA - Sauna no es incluido y se paga separado, recomendable

tolle Lage, sehr nettes, qualifiziertes Personal, sowohl an der Rezeption als auch im Restaurant und im SPA Bereich. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt, ich komme sicherlich wieder. Die Zimmer sehr gross und sehr sauber. Parkplätze genügend vorhanden und eine sehr gepflegte Anlage mit Weitblick

Recensione al fine di un esperienza per due persone per il percorso benessere. Aspetti positivi: - Ben riscaldato; - Collaboratrice gentile; - Ottima piscina; - Ottimo bagno turco; - Ottima sauna; - Ottime le docce emozionali; - Area relax tisane ottimo; - Armadietto pulito ; - Fornitura di ciabatte che potete portare con voi a casa dopo il percorso e accappatoio da lasciare lì; - Sdraio comodo e robuste; Aspetti negativi: - Piscina non salata come nella descrizione sito; - Strada completamente dissestata e piena di buche nel vialetto per arrivarci; - Pulizia pavimento spogliatoio mancante; - Porta del bagno non chiudile; - Docce spogliatoio solo una, quindi se siete più uomini dovrete aspettare il turno per lavarvi o per andare in bagno; - Spogliatoio troppo stretto; - Phon da hotel troppo piccolo per asciugarsi; - Pulizia mancante delle grade dove finisce l’acqua della piscina, visibile si vede sporcizia, muffa, capelli… - Mancante di una luce nelle docce emozionali;

Una vera sorpresa. Assolutamente positivo. Mantenuto benissimo e personale gentilissimo. Stanze principesche e prezzo abbordabilissimo. Suggerisco davvero di provare l'accoglienza di questo hotel provando anche il percorso spa. Colazione buona e camerieri gentili.personale alla reception gentilissimo

Siamo stati dal 30 al 1 gennaio per festeggiare san Silvestro e capodanno , albergo perfetto stanza pulita e ben servita ,con panorama stupendo , abbiamo avuto anche il percorso benessere per ogni notte di pernottamento ,la Spa è perfetta ,bagno turco ,sauna ,percosso emozionale sala relax con bevande e poi la piscina calda tutto perfetto ,il ristorante è stato magnifico abbiamo pranzato e cenato di buon gusto , il cenone ottimo e raffinato , personale eccellente veloce e disponibile ,accoglienza perfetta , il direttore disponibile e gentilissimo ,che dire una esperienza da rifare sicuramente ,anche in tempi normali , l' albergo ha una magnifica piscina anche all' aperto 👍

Bellissima struttura immersa nel cuore della Sicilia. Personale attento,disponibile e soprattutto gentile ed educato. Un ringraziamento particolare al sig.Francesco il pasticcere che in tempo record ha realizzato la torta di compleanno di mia figlia, buonissima e bellissima. Pessima esperienza. Piscina non riservata agli ospiti degli hotel. Se trovi posto arrivando in tempo sei fortunato, altrimenti non hai alcuna sicurezza che ci siano lettini per chi soggiorna in hotel. Quando l'ho fatto presente in reception, hanno alzato le spalle. Ho chiesto di potere usufruire almeno di una mezz'ora in più alla spa (che peraltro avevo già pagato nella prenotazione per il tempo previsto e fruito di 90 minuti) ma mi è stato detto di no. La bagnina neanche a dirlo era giovane, inesperta ed ineducata. Mi ha risposto dandomi del tu che non poteva togliere la gente dai lettini e che potevo sistemarmi sul prato ma chi va in 4 stelle con la piscina deve sapere che la piscina non privilegia gli ospiti della struttura ma solo chi arriva prima. Camera caldissima e datata. Colazione di scarsa qualità.
