Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen herzlich und sehr freundlich. Das Abendessen war ein kulinarischer Hochgenuss und hat uns die sizilianische Küche von ihrer besten Seite gezeigt. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb, dadurch angenehm ruhig. Saubere, komfortable Zimmer mit bequemen Betten. Kleiner gepflegter Pool im weitläufigen Garten. Rundum ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt – sehr empfehlenswert!

We stayed at Minissale Agriturismo for a long weekend and it was a truly wonderful experience. The farmhouse is run by Tino and his parents, who welcomed us with genuine warmth, kindness and patience. This was especially appreciated since we were travelling with our three children, including 4-month-old twins. The property is modern yet full of charm, with elegant vintage touches. Our room and the pool were clean and well kept, and the whole place felt cared for. Breakfast was simple but delicious, with fresh brioche, homemade cake, fruit and yoghurts. We also had dinner there twice and both meals were excellent, with some ingredients coming directly from the farm. The location is very convenient, close to Giardini Naxos, Taormina and Mount Etna, and easy to reach from the main roads. What stood out most was the hospitality. We felt treated more like friends than guests. We would happily return!

Nous avons passé un bon séjour. La chambre était propre, confortable et idéalement située. L’endroit est calme et parfait pour se détendre. Tino et ses parents nous ont accueillis avec une grande gentillesse, chaleureuse, discrets et toujours attentionnés. Les repas du soir, faits avec passion, étaient un vrai régal. Nous nous sommes sentis les bienvenus.

L'agriturismo si trova in una posizione, strategica perché è vicino sia al mare sia alle principali località turistiche della provincia di Catania. In particolare Taormina e l'Etna. L'agriturismo è gestito da una famiglia estremamente gentile sempre attenta a personalizzare il servizio soprattutto quando ci sono dei bambini. Le camere sono ampie pulite e profondamente silenziose garantendo una privacy eccellente. La colazione è abbondante piena di frutti del podere. E la cena può essere sia a base di carne che a base di pesce. È possibile concordare il menu la mattina. Prediligono i prodotti locali e del loro orto. Tutto pulito e curato con possibilità di andare in piscina. Un esperienza immersa nel verde e nella genuinità. Lo consigliamo.

We verbleven in Taormina en zochten een lokale gelegenheid om te gaan eten, we kwamen terecht bij Minissale, hartelijk ontvangen en we kozen voor het volledige menu. Alles vers gemaakt en verbouwt op de boerderij, kregen overal uitleg bij, super vriendelijke familie. Een aanrader om lokaal voedsel uit te proberen . Echt een super aanrader!

Albergo di recente costruzione situato nelle campagne di Calatabiano ci si arriva per stradine strette e tortuose. Noi abbiamo soggiornato per quattro notti con un viaggio organizzato. La camera che avevamo era abbastanza spaziosa e molto pulita; come pure il bagno. Gentilissimi i proprietari. Veniamo alla parte gastronomica. Abbiamo cenato una sera, cibo buono ma nulla di eccezionale, con portate che forse potevano essere più abbondanti. Quello che però mi ha fatto dare una votazione bassa è stata la colazione. Ho letto tutta una serie di recensioni che magnificano la colazione. Mi è sembrato quasi che fosse un altro posto. Non ho visto confetture fatte in casa ma marmellatine e nutelline confezionate, e un solo tipo di torta o di cornetto (1 per persona) al giorno. Tutto era contato perfino le piccole confezioni di burro che dovevamo richiedere perchè a volte non c'erano per tutti. Non vi era inoltre nulla di salato, nè salumi nè formaggi.

Just came back from 7 days at Minissale Farmhouse. Do not know where to start.... What a great stay it was. Accomdation: the hotel was great. Nice and clean rooms. And swimming pool was also nice But what made stay even more special were Tino, his father and mother. They are such friendly and nice people and will help you with anything. Restaurant was also great. Great food prepared by the mother and great wines.We also made the cooking course. This was a great experience.

Etablissement récent au calme à la campagne, près de l'Etna. Le cadre est bucolique et les chambres sont confortables. L'accueil de Tino est très sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est bon. Nous n'avons pas testé le repas du soir.///////////
