Esperienza orribile, dalla scortesia del personale, al cibo scadente ai titolari super scortesi! Data la stagione estiva volevamo mangiare fuori, ma non si poteva per motivi poco chiari, ci hanno fatto mettere in una sala strettissima e quando abbiamo chiesto di spostarci la risposta è stata (non sapendo se siete slim o poco in forma adesso non posso cambiarvi di tavolo) . Il personale era poco professionale, senza divisa e poco celeri nelle richieste. Il cibo misurato, 8 persone sedute al tavolo 8 fettine di carne (sottili da non poter nemmeno misurare con il metro) e quando abbiamo chiesto il bis ci hanno pure detto di aver portato ‘quello che ci spettava’ Pasta scotta e uguale a quella del menù bambini, menù che per la precisione hanno fatto pagare 20 euro a bambino, nonostante fossero sotto il metro. L’unico punto a favore è stata la piscina !

Ho trascorso un weekend in questa bellissima struttura. L'intento era rilassarsi e vivere un'esperienza immersi nella natura. Grazie a Loredana e al suo staff qualificato ci sono riuscita. Disponibilità e cortesia sono di casa. Camera pulita e dotata di ogni confort, ottimo cibo tipico siciliano, passeggiata a cavallo tranquilla e in un habitat naturalistico di tutto rispetto,SPA ben curata e con vista sulla vallata. Sono stata molto bene e conto di ritornare. Una piacevole scoperta.

Absolutely loved the owner!!! She was warm and served homemade breads and amazing coffee with breakfast!!
The hotel is a renovated family home in a beautiful rural area and has the feeling of an old farmhouse. Outdoor areas weren’t quite ready for use. Local city (Caltigirone) is a 15 minute drive.

Loradonna is an amazing host, her cooking was amazing, and almost all from the property. The location is absolutely gorgeous. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer. Ci vediamo al prossimo, loradonna!

Surrounded by nature and countryside but difficult to get to room. Room was a little bit rustic/dated.

Whole place is dated. Wall switches broken, one was shorting. Pool was closed for the hottest hours of the day when you really want it open and it really wasn’t clean. Breakfast minimal but ok. Bed not really comfortable. Power to room is turned off until check in time so it takes hours to even chill water in the fridge. Manager was very helpful and nice.
