Ottimo personale, struttura pulita, naturalmente è un po’ datata e fa bisognevole di qualche ristrutturazione, la ristorazione il primo giorno è stata squisita il secondo giorno un po’ meno specialmente la pasta a forno congelata, ma tutto sommato considerando il prezzo mi sento di dare più della sufficienza.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! I have a thousand hotel nights in experience and this is by far the most respectable hotel facility I have visited and then it competes with 14 visited countries in Africa where the hotel standard is generally low. Genuinely rude staff and with rooms in such poor condition that it would hardly be suitable for farm animals, if there are animals at all. We didn't see any agriturismo. It stank of mold and solvents throughout the building and getting help with an extension cable for the electric car - despite the offer to pay extra - was not available. AVOID WITH EVERYTHING IN THE WORLD.

Senza infamia e senza lode.
Uno dei motivi di scelta da parte mia era stata la presenza della piscina che poi è risultata inutilizzabile ( e chissà da quanto tempo lo è). Sufficientemente pulito. Personale molto gentile. Buon servizio di prima colazione, e Ristorante che, alla sera, con pochi ma buoni piatti e anche tenendo presente i bassi costi e un buon servizio, è una nota positiva.

Promised refund not sent
Booked this hotel due to their pool, but upon arrival they said the pool was closed and they had no idea when it would be open. However they still advertise the pool on here and use it as the main image. Since we arrived late we stayed one night but then agreed with the reception that we would cancel the remaining 2 nights and get a refund. However, over 3 weeks later they still havent made the refund so thats why Im making this review. I will obviously also do a chargeback with my bank and will seek further help in Italy to get more money from them due to all the time I spent ok this.
Its NEVER ok to trick your customers like this!!!

Disponibili e gentili, voto positivo anche per quanto riguarda la pulizia. Colazione abbondante, ricca di tutto. L'unica pecca è stata la finestra in camera, non sfruttabile, in quanto da sul corridoio della struttura, dunque non è utilizzabile. Per il resto tutto perfetto. In loco è presente pure il parcheggio.

Sono andata in questa struttura con la mia famiglia per andare a visitare Etnaland, devo dire che sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa. Struttura un po' da sistemare, ma accogliente. Camere pulite, sistemate ogni mattina, cambio di asciugamani ogni giorno. Se dovesse capitare ci ritorno tranquillamente.

Esperienza in questa struttura abbastanza positiva. Ottima posizione vicino al parco divertimenti ed altri posti d'interesse. Sicuramente Le camere,come la struttura hanno bisogno di una maggiore cura. Unica pecca ,ci aspettavamo una piscina ,che attualmente sembra in manutenzione. Prezzi ok. Da tenere assolutamente in considerazione per altri eventuali soggiorni.
