Ottima l'ubicazione e la pulizia, eccellente il servizio. L'unica cena presso l'hotel è stata lenta e non soddisfacente, alto il rapporto qualità/prezzo. An exceptional hotel in the heart of Cagliari. Wonderful rooms, modern, plenty of handy amenities and shower products. The bed is incredibly comfortable. Every staff member was friendly and went above and beyond. The rooftop pool and sun deck, whilst small, was a perfect place to relax after breakfast. The Tirso beach club was brilliant and definitely worth paying for. Rooftop drinks were a delight with the sun setting across the city. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Excellent hotel! Excellent location! Settled 5 hours earlier! 8 a.m.! And plus breakfast! Spa is wonderful! Service is great! Bed is very comfortable! Cleaning 2 times a day. In 5 minutes, everything is necessary. The only thing that wasn 't salt for the bathroom. Forgot to include the heating control in the settlement.

Located on a small hill in Chia, it has two exclusive beaches, but both require a 5-minute shuttle bus ride. The beach is very clear and you can clearly see the fish swimming around your feet. The hotel's service and hygiene are great, and there is a simple turndown service. The breakfast is complete, and the hotel's own restaurant is also worth a try.

We would have expected more for a 5-star hotel. The floor around the pool bar always looked dirty due to old stains from the dates in the palm trees. For the price I paid, I would have expected at least the soft drinks in the room to be free, instead of charging a whopping 6 euros for them. The prices are far too high overall. A cocktail served in a martini glass cost 18 euros! Dinner buffet per person 65 euros WITHOUT drinks, far too much, at least soft drinks and maybe a table wine could have been included. Breakfast was the same every morning. We know from 4-star hotels that there is also, for example, a glass of prosecco for self-service - unfortunately not here. The evening program (music) was always too loud for the small area and the number of guests present. In the room we missed hooks to air out worn clothes, and a line or clothes rack for wet swimwear would have been nice on the balcony too. Even in our current 4-star hotel there is a small clothes rack on the balcony! Unfortunately we won't be coming back.

It is located in the Chia Laguna, one of the clusters of 4 and 5 stars of hotels. Beautifully managed landscapes and access to private beaches make this resort very attractive. However, it is for those who don't care about the quality of the hotel and for those who want to just sleep at night and take the most of the activities outside of the room. In terms of quality of the room, it requires lots of attention. You are most likely to enter your room through the sliding door, and then there is your bed, and there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet, bidet, and the sink. The bed is not comfortable, and there is a weird sewage smell coming from the bathroom, we had to spray our perfume and close the bathroom door, and leave the bathroom windows open. Typically, the hotel bathroom is a joy to enter, but this bathroom was one of those bathrooms that wanted to get out as fast as possible, especially with sewage smell. I had to dry my hair outside of bathroom so the sewage smell doesn't get to my hair. (Enough said) On top of our not-so-impressed experience, our neighbor left the TV on loud and party in their room until 3am, we couldn't sleep at all. Contacted the front desk at 1am, but loud noise still continued. Thank God, we only had to stay 1 night. I would have looked for another hotel if we had to stay one more night. Hotel reservations came with 2 meals, breakfast, and a dinner buffet. It was one of the worst food experiences not only in Italy but also in all the places we have ever been. At a glance, the buffet seemed fine and attractive, but as soon as we started tasting the food, we felt right away, we cannot expect much. Most of the dishes were extremely salty, lacked flavors, and the quality of each ingredient was bad compared to the dishes that we experienced in Cagliari. If you only care about the location and the beautiful beach access, this is the place for you, but if you care about all the aspects of what the resort hotel supposed to offer, it might be wise to either spend a bit more money and stay at either Curio or Conrad properties or consider different location or hotels.
