We booked the love cuddles package, cold water in the pool, emotional shower with only the 'cold' function, a 4 hour wait to receive a couples massage interrupted halfway through because someone entered the room, there was no staff to ask for information about the delay, we did not know if we had to stay or leave, a delay of which we were not even notified, nor did they have any consideration for the inconvenience we had, terrible experience, disorganized staff

This morning my husband and I arrived at the Parco Laurito wellness center and were immediately greeted with great kindness and courtesy. After giving us the sauna kit, we were accompanied to the changing rooms and then to the wellness area, where we were shown the entire program we would be taking. A sweet finale accompanied with prosecco and final greetings and thanks to the staff who made us feel at home. We will return for an overnight stay but in the meantime I recommend this structure to all those who want to immerse themselves in total relaxation, in a setting of lush greenery and an ancestral silence, capable of making you fully enjoy the natural surroundings.
