The structure is located in a very characteristic context. The interiors and furnishings are well looked after. Access to the spa from the hotel is very convenient and the spa is absolutely worth it.
The breakfast buffet is full of healthy, quality foods. The breakfast service is perfect.
Unfortunately the building is very sensitive to rain infiltrations. Definitely needs fixing (some corridors literally flood during the rain).
The part of the Chestnut Residence (a sort of annex of the hotel) is absolutely inconvenient to reach and the room was cold. Everything promoted except the room for these reasons.

New Hotel Spa in the QC Terme area. Very beautiful and functional. Many people "daily" but the services are not affected. They are working to ensure that hotel guests receive a "personalized" service. There is currently no restaurant (but I don't think there will ever be one) but you won't die of hunger between the buffet breakfast, afternoon snack and light dinner with few but valid alternatives.

Partiamo dalle cose positive: Struttura molto curata e massaggio di coppia fenomenale. Ora passiamo alle note dolenti: 1. Il self check-in non è il massimo, visto il prezzo, gradirei avere davanti una figura accogliente che mi spiega le regole e le attività presenti. 2. La presenza del cantiere nelle aree esterne non si concilia con il relax delle piscine esterne. I lavori non erano contingentati al meglio, sarebbero bastati dei pannelli giganti che evitavano gli sguardi reciproci e magari avrebbero attutito anche i rumori molesti. 3. Una volta dentro si è completamente lasciati soli,se all'ingresso spiegasse come ci si deve comportare e le "regole del gioco" probabilmente l'esperienza sarebbe davvero notevole. 4. Gli accappatoi e le salviette erano a dir poco vecchi,rigidi e sfibrati. Va bene tutto,però ad un certo punto vanno buttati e ripristinati.

Buongiorno ho usufruito dell ingresso compleanno per mio marito. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, l'unica pecca secondo me da migliorare è che chi entra il mattino non può fare l'aperitivo perché c'è solo al pomeriggio Nel prezzo è compreso però. Un consiglio fate fare aperitivo alle 11-11.30 per chi arriva il mattino presto E chi arriva dopo le 14 l aperitivo al solito orario Barbara

Posto stupendo, dimora storica eccellente, abbiamo soggiornato una notte. Struttura tra le colline, nel verde di Calvagese, con diverse vasche esterne ed interne e zone relax top. Tutti molto gentili ed attenti ai bisogni dei clienti, bene aperitivo.Unica evidenza: check in alle 15.00 , troppo tardi l’entrata. Suggerisco in ore 13, out ore 10. ( invece delle 11).

Ho appena usufruito di un ingresso di 5h con buffet in compagnia di mia figlia. Location indubbiamente bella, immersa nel verde ma delle pecche che visto il costo, hanno una notevole importanza. Gli spogliatoi sono poco pratici perché in spazi ristrettissimi, gente che si spoglia e appoggia sull'unica panca disponibile i vari oggetti creando subito caos. Le docce sono prive di porte e la privacy ne risente parecchio. Offerta di un solo gusto di tisana in bicchierini da caffè(che se non ti piaci, non hai alternative),mini assaggi di pastine della dimensione di una grossa caramella.Nella Spa la gente si accalca davanti alle saune e bagni turco limitando il passaggio.Siamo andate al Buffet alle h.14 e abbiamo trovato i cesti del pane e delle focacce vuoti, mancavano piatti di verdure, e addirittura i bicchieri per l'acqua. Vassoi di formaggio con 4 pezzi di numero. In un'organizzazione di questo tipo, al prezzo pagato, queste falle non devono esistere. Il buffet va rifornito nell'immediato, non si deve attendere che i vassoi si svuotino completamente.

Un oasi di pace e di meraviglia. Relax totale. Non essendo una giornata affollata ci siamo potute godere tutti gli spazi disponibili, fatta eccezione della zona esterna poichè pioveva; Negli spogliatoi a disposizione degli ospiti si possono trovare asciugacapelli, piastre, shampoo e balsamo nelle docce e creme visto/latte detergente. Ogni sala, dalle saune ai bagni di vapore, dalle piscine con idromassaggio alle sale relax meritano di essere vissute, quindi non mi sento di dire cosa mi è piaciuto di più perchè tutto è meraviglioso nel suo complesso. personale disponibile e molto cordiale. Abbiamo usufruito di un ingresso giornaliero con pranzo nella soluzione wellness break che offre una varietà di affettati, formaggi, insalate da comporre secondo il gusto personale, pane e focaccine, vino/acqua/birra, dolci e caffè (tutto a buffet). E' la seconda volta che mi concedo una giornata in questa magnifica struttura e non rimango delusa.

Ho accompagnato una mia amica che aveva ricevuto un buono regalo ed ero convinto di passare una giornata SPA al pari livello di altre QC Terme dove ero già stato. Purtroppo abbiamo passato una brutta esperienza sia per la qualità dei servizi e sia per lo staff con poca esperienza. Il primo impatto è che le foto del sito rispecchiano poco la realtà, ci aspettavamo un livello molto più alto. Accappatoi rotti e usurati come da foto. Le tre vasche principali del percorso benessere interno non funzionanti e nonostante avessimo fatto presente il problema più di una volta, abbiamo ricevuto indifferenza dallo staff. Il relax e il lusso di una SPA QC terme qui non c’è. Sconsiglio vivamente!

In un bel palazzo insiste questo hotel incredibile :avevo prenotato una camera classica proprio per la bella finestra e mi sono ritrovato in una con un buco .il pavimento di legno era talmente scivoloso da provocare la caduta di entrambi e ne portiamo ancora i segni.colazione scadente richiesta una spremuta d’arancio ci è stato risposto che dovevamo pagarla a parte. Condizionatore sparato sul letto con lenzuola strappate e macchiate per tre giorni.La domenica la cameriera si è presentata dopo le 17 per rifare la camera.pulizia scadente.Spa completamente intasata da persone estranee all’hotel ammesse solo per la giornata
