VORTEILE: Sehr freundliches Personal und ein schöner Außenbereich mit tollem Pool. Die Umgebung ist herrlich zum Wandern und Fahrradfahren. Hotel liegt nah am See und man kann kostenlos ins Seebad. Der See ist schön ruhig, da keine Boote fahren. Zimmer haben Klimaanlage und sind sehr modern eingerichtet und sauber. Es gibt einen Fahrradkeller mit Stromanschluss für E-Bikes. NACHTEILE: Nachteil ist, dass ab 7:00 morgens geputzt wird und mit Sauger oder Wischer gegen das Metallgeländer im Flur gestoßen wird, was auf den Zimmern sehr laut zu hören ist. Außerdem kann man nicht sehr entspannt auf dem Balkon sitzen wenn das Zimmer zur Straßenseite liegt.

L' hotel Seeperle a Caldaro è in posizione comoda e con personale gentile, camera molto pulita e colazione piacevole con uova fatte a la minute. Da tenere in super considerazione anche per i vini, in modo particolare il metodo classico Blanc de Blanc Montris, i due Kalterersee e il cabernet Sauvignon (secondo me il piu buono dell' Alto Adige)

Ottima esperienza! Personale super accogliente, camere moderne e pulitissime, ristorante raffinato con piatti della tradizione presentati in chiave moderna...posizione comoda per visitare i mercatini di Natale del sud Tirol! L'hotel si trova nei pressi del lago di Caldaro ed è immerso nella natura!

Bevor man hingeht sollte man die Speisekarte schauen. Es ist nichts besonderes was auf Kochkunst schließen lässt. Der Service ist bemüht und scheint des Öfteren die Kritik zu hören, es gab jedenfalls begleitende Zustimmung. Für uns passe.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura di Caldaro per 3 giorni , 2 adulti con bambino ed il nostro cane. Abbiamo prenotato una camera superior fronte piscina (solo estiva) spaziosa e confortevole. Posizione strategica per i mercatini di Bolzano, ambiente pulito e cordialità. Buon rapporto qualità, prezzo e servizio avendo optato per la mezza pensione.

Unser Hotelzimmer (zur Bergseite) war ganz schön, auch das Abendessen im Restaurant war lecker und kreativ. Die Frühstücksleistung ist eher 08/15 mäßig und kann mit dem Standard des Abendessen bei weitem nicht mithalten. Das angestellte Personal ist sehr nett und freundlich. Leider können wir die von anderen genannte Freundlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft der Eigentümerfamilie so nicht bestätigen. Hier wird unserer Meinung deutlich zwischen einheimischen Gästen und Stammgästen einerseits und erstmaligen (neuen) Gästen andererseits unterschieden. Schade eigentlich, daher nur eine befriedigende Bewertung durch uns. Wir werden wohl nicht mehr wiederkommen.

Das Hotel liegt nur ein Paar Gehminuten vom Kalterer See entfernt. Schöner Ausblick auf die Weinberge vom Pool und Zimmer. Super Service der ( Reinigungskräfte und der Gastronomieangestellten ). Die Seeperel hat geschmackvolle Weine. Gerne hätten wir die gebuchte Weinverkostung genossen, aber leider ist diese nicht zu stande gekommen, da wir nicht bescheid bekommen haben, wann diese gewesen wäre. Eine Zimmerbegehung am Anreisetag wäre auch von Vorteil gewesen, dann hätte man sich beim Baden nicht ausgesperrt vom Zimmer zum Pool. Im großen und ganzen aber ein schönes Hotel in der nähe von dem Kalterersee und Kaltern.

Struttura molto accogliente, in buona posizione e con servizi ed attenzione per il cliente eccellenti. Camere con annesso bagno ampie, moderne dove si denota un alto livello di pulizia. Colazione varia tra dolce e salato con impiego di prodotti di qualità. La cena fantastica, piatti ben presentati, molto curati e deliziosi! Se siete di passaggio o se pensate ad un soggiorno in zona lo consiglio vivamente!
