Imbarazzante maleducazione, ci hanno intimato di non venire il giorno prima di una festa di compleanno organizzata con 25 persone, solamente per un disguido nato dalla disorganizzazione e non chiarezza dei loro servizi (per essere più espliciti avevamo chiesto un cocomero a merenda e ci era stato detto di si, poi il giorno prima sono diventate 25 monoporzioni da pagare singolarmente per un totale di 96 euro di cocomero, male male). L'escalation è poi partita per la maleducazione, mancanza di rispetto e modo di rivolgersi verso il cliente. Comportamenti infantili e parole irrispettose, "per me potete prendere il cocomero e mangiarlo sotto il gazebo di casa vostra", "è già tanto che sto ancora a parlare con voi al telefono", "ho tot soci all'anno per me la prenotazione può essere annullata". Il trattamento è stato inopportuno nei toni e nei modi, trovo inaccetabile e trovo professionale annullare un evento già concordato da tempo con ospiti coinvolti, senza offrire alcuna alternativa né spiegazione plausibile.

Struttura molto bella immersa nella campagna toscana, purtroppo pero non ci ha soddisfatto completamente per alcuni servizi che nel momento della prenotazione avevamo considerato. La piscina era aperta al pubblico anche esterno alla struttura , quindi portava molta "caciara" e zero relax.. La colazione non compresa e il ristorante chiuso stranamente per vari motivi.. Sulle camere nulla da dire molte curate e pulite. Peccato!!

Première expérience pour nous dans un agritourisme et nous ne sommes absolument pas déçus ! Endroit magnifique, calme et super agréable. Accueil nickel et personnel agréable. L'établissement est superbe ! Piscine magnifique ! J'adore cet endroit ❤️❤️❤️

Situé pres d arezzo, a 1 heure de florence, cette agriturismo du XV siecle est tout juste magnifique... Les intérieurs sont incroyables autant que l Extérieur ...piscine au top et personnels très aimable... Seul bemol pas d air conditionné, mais le ventilateur au plafond fait son travail... Absolument a visiter

Il relais Santa Margherita è il luogo ideale per abbandonarsi al completo relax. La posizione è ottimale, lontano dal traffico, immerso nella natura, silenzioso, curato nei particolari, comodo perché è a dieci minuti dal centro di Arezzo. L’alloggio, un appartamento completo, è graziosissimo: arredato con stile come il resto della struttura, accessoriato di tutto ciò che serve. Pulizia garantita. La piscina è un valore aggiunto del complesso, curata e ben organizzata. Tutto il personale, dalla reception alla ristorazione è professionale e preparatissimo nella accoglienza, si distinguono per cordialità e gentilezza. Torneremo presto perché ci siamo sentiti come a casa.
