Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questo hotel. Siamo stati molto bene. Non abbiamo usufruito della piscina perché arrivati alla sera e ripartiti alla mattina presto. L'hotel è curato, la sala molto grande dove abbiamo cenato e la camera da letto grande. In bagno disponibili asciugamani e prodotti. La colazione servita sulla terrazza esterna. I ragazzi super disponibili. Hanno preferito il pagamento in contanti. Ci siamo trovati molto bene

Habitaciones normales, sin mucha decoración pero funcionales. Desayuno solo mermeladas , mantequilla y queso cremoso. Cena Tajín de pollo, pastas y ensalada. No me gustó que era todo para compartir... Para una noche está bien. Lugar con buenas vistas

I don't understand why we were taken to this hotel also knowing that just before we had a splendid riad. No door for the bathroom and the little extra the water does not drain so it is almost a flood in the room we had to unblock the siphon. The wifi is horrible, we have absolutely no reception, to flee!!! The staff is not at all qualified for the hotel industry, not smiling and even less professional. The air conditioning turned off by them from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. is horrible with this heat. The photos have nothing to do with reality I confirm it also and we had dinner in the dark in the dining room with our phone flashes because supposedly there was a fuse problem. Swimming pool and terrace not accessible because of a lot of alcohol and noise. Disappointed +++

I don't understand why we were taken to this hotel without a star. The windows of the rooms were taken directly to the trash cans. No door to the bathroom. The wifi is horrible, we have absolutely no reception, to flee!!! The staff is not qualified for the hotel business. The photos have nothing to do with reality. Not a family place, the men drink alcohol by the pool (Muslim country). I don't understand why we paid for this hotel, knowing that we didn't enjoy anything.

We stayed at this hotel with an organized tour to go to the desert. It was a terrible experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are large and well heated. It's a shame that when we arrived the reception room was freezing, and we arrived, along with other minibuses, from many hours of travel, tired and cold. There were no towels in the room, we were only given 1 after we requested it and we had toilet paper the following morning, also on request. There was no hot water in the shower, and dinner was served cold. The fireplace was lit after many had already eaten. Dinner was poor, for one person I would say, instead of for two. Breakfast was always cold. Embarrassing situation.

Nous avons été débités d’une nuit ou nous n’avons pas voulus rester dormir Un véritable chantier est en cours en vue de doubler la surface de l’établissement Les sacs de ciments vides à notre arrivée flottaient sur la piscine!!! Les photos des chambres ne correspondent absolument pas à la réalité L’endroit est spartiate C’est au vu de la visite de notre chambre que nous avons pris la décision de quitter Absence absolue d’accueil on se croirait dans une mauvaise auberge de jeunesse Pour le même prix à quelques euros près nous avons trouvé une maison d’hôte de 12 chambres absolument magnifique le Riad paradise Ce lieu est une honte les habitants nous ont dit que les photos dataient de nombreuses années A éviter à tout prix

In my ten years of global travel, this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The front desk employee advised that my son and I share a room with another family who wasn't even in our tour group because the desk had forgotten to book a room for us. That was only the beginning. They were not at all ready for the hotel to be completely booked tonight (yes, I am writing this from the hotel; that is how awful it is). Then, we were required to carry our own bags up four flights of stairs. The bedding is filthy, the beds are rough, and the room is gloomy. Additionally, the shelf in this room had some sticky material on it that housekeeping concealed with the towel stack. Oh, and the heaters don't have enough controls for each room to operate their own, so you have to knock on doors to find one. After about 30 minutes of indifference, the restaurant eventually started serving our group, which included soup that had a long black hair in it. Yuck. That pretty about sums it up.
