Très belle adresse dans le quartier Italia sympa de Santiago. Personnel accueillant, chambres cosy avec belle SdB et terrasse, moderne art et industriel. Petit déjeuner également très bon, boutiques chic en bas de l’hôtel, et restaurants/ bar à proximité.

Intimate and cozy. Maison Italia 1029 feels like a home oasis in Santiago. The location is fabulous near many restaurants and shops. The entrance is unassuming, but inside, it has a boutique shop with very cool items, a small dining space, and a tiny elevator! The room was really tight for two people but it was clean and we had a small balcony which was nice. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

I would stay here again. Nice coffee machine in the room and more vegan restaurants in the area than you can shake a stick at. Pizza restaurant next door has vegan cheese. Great vegan Japanese down the street. You're paying for a nice nice small room in a great location.

We used Maison Italia 1029 as our base for our busy 2 week trip to Chile. The hotel is in a great location right on the edge of the Barrio Italia with lots of restaurants and fun little shops. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful, they provided take away breakfasts for our early starts, organised cabs and kindly kept our skis for a week when we headed to Patagonia. The cafe attached did a lovely breakfast when we were able to have it! The rooms we had booked weren't huge but were very comfortable with balconies and all mod -cons. The area is only 25 mins to the airport and didn't feel touristy at all - we loved it and thank you to you the staff, your help was much appreciated :)

It is so nice to find a comfortable hotel outside of the downtown and in a hip new barrio of metropolitan Santiago de Chile. This botique hotel is new and with a limited number of rooms. The design is intelligent, esthetic and comfortable. Each room has a excellent coffee maker and a wonderful balcony. It is located on Italia Avenue where there are lots of restaurants and several interesting stores. The staff was very attentive but not intrusive. The breakfast menu was perfect with several options.

Das kleine Boutiquehotel mit seinen nur 6 Zimmern liegt im angesagten Stadtviertel Barrio Italio. In der Umgebung gibt es jede Menge kleine Bars und Restaurants. Wir hatten die Suite mit Kingsizebett und Balkon in der obersten Etage und waren hellauf begeistert. Die Suite ist wunderschön eingerichtet. Highlight war für uns die riesige Terrasse auf der wir nach den Ausflügen bei einem Glas Wein dem Trubel auf der Straße zugeschaut haben. Auch das Frühstück im kleinen Café war super. Frisch gepresster Saft, leckerer Kaffee und eine Auswahl an Eierspeisen haben uns den Start in den Tag versüßt.

Very nice hotel located in a good area of Santiago, very convenient for visiting the city. Very pleasant and helpful staff, especially at the reception desk. Excellent breakfast. The room was nice, calm and with a great terrace. A big thank you for this very good stay.

The Maison Italia is set in a great location with lots of interesting shops and restaurants. We really loved the area. Our favourite thing about the hotel was the breakfast which was served in the downstairs coffe shop. The square footage of the room seems to include the outside area so the inside of the room is a little snug, however we used the outside area a lot when it was cooler and that was delightful. All of the staff were very helpful with information about the area. We mainly used Uber to get arround but found out late in our trip that there is avery good underground which was even cheaper.
