The room is very small and it only offers 1 towel. However, the hotel is located in a upper cloming new area with shopping malls and very good resturants nearby, close to major roads and subway station. It is a great place to stay if you want to most of your time here visiting San Cristóbal Hill and the Sky Costanera area.

my personal experience was excellent. I used the hotel as a base while I travelled to different parts of Chile and also a side trip overseas. They accommodated my request to live my main bag in storage while I used my smaller bags to travel. Staff was always friendly and the food at the restaurant was great, the staff in the restaurant were very nice also. I love the location, next to the Costanera Centre and the San Cristobal Metropolitan Park. Went for hikes around the park many times
aAtransfer to the airport or Uber is really convenient as one of the motorway to the airport is close by making the trip very quick.
It's not the cheapest option fro everyone but the facilities, cleanliness and location makes it worth the price.

Hotel muito bom, localização top em Providência em rua calma e perto de tudo, muito limpo, excelente atendimento e suporte para os hóspedes (o Sr Álvaro nos ajudou muito, sempre prestativo), bom café da manhã, tem opção de câmbio em dólar e restaurante no local para jantar.

Hotel com bom custo x benefício. A localização é excelente, literalmente atrás do SKY Costanera. Funcionários da recepção simpáticos e prestativos. Cafe da manhã muito básico, apenas o necessário para não passar fome. Tive um problema com o quarto, que deveria ter cama queen, e foi oferecido quarto twin. O pessoal não resolveu a questão durante a estadia.

O hotel tem uma localização muito boa, bem próxima ao Shopping Costanera Center que facilita muito as coisas. Ficamos no quarto standart, mas haviam melhores no hotel. O café da manhã deixa a desejar, não tem muitas opções.

Bonito. Bien ubicado si vas de shopping, bien en precio calidad. No le doy 5 estrellas porque el desayuno es bastante malo. (En variedad, calidad. Sabores, cocción, etc) sugiero quizás una buena medialuna, más frutas (habia solo uva y kiwi), lo Dulce parecía desfreezado, Y tema colchón, el que me toco a mi, muy hundido, de verdad que incomodo para descansar, quizás rotarlos más o ya hora de cambiarlos, pero cuando te vas de viaje para mi el descanso es importante. Pero repito, el hotel es pintoresco, antiguo reciclado, está en medio de un barrio tranquilo, el área está bastante segura. No recomiendo centro De Santiago Ah, la atención muy linda, muy amables y serviciales . Me volvería a hospedar aquí
