Esse hotel é muito, muito bom! Pena termos ficado apenas poucas horas, pois era uma conexão. Fica muito bem localizado, em um bairro seguro, próxima a uma estação de metrô, ao Costanera. A estrutura do quarto é boa, apesar de ser pequeno, mas bem dividido, chuveiro bom, cama confortável, é bonita vista do quarto. As instalações de um modo geral são boas, incluindo a recepção, o espaço do café da manhã. O café da manhã eu adorei, é um super café da manhã! Variedade e qualidade bem boa mesmo, pois é completo! E estava tudo delicioso. O atendimento da recepção e do time do café da manhã muito bom também, todos educados e atenciosos. Eu recomendo e ficaria de novo nesse hotel.

Mucho mal olor en las habitaciones del piso 9, estuve en 3 habitaciones diferentes, 2 de ellas en ese piso con mal olor a cloaca y la bañera se tapaba el agua no bajaba. Esta muy bien ubicado, pero le falta mucho mantenimiento.

O hotel não tem chuveiros quentes e parece que é uma política do hotel trabalhar dessa forma Ficamos 2 dias sem água quente e sem nenhum suporte do atendimento e muito menos da gerência Viajei com a minha família, com uma filha de 7 anos e mesmo assim nos deixaram sem banho Para tentar remedia algo, nos mandaram para um quarto em obras

Un excelente hotel en Providencia. Bien ubicado, moderno, funcional, acogedor. La atención del personal en especial en la recepción hacen la estadía mucho más agradable. El restaurante/bar en el piso 12 tiene una vista increíble y la cocina es deliciosa.

Hotel Nodo was a busy hub of young business people with a few international tourists in the mix. Place has a great vibe and nice decorations. Was great to see David Truebridge light fittings from our homeland featuring. Location was great, felt safe walking around at night. Our room was right under the terrace bar and we didnt experience much noise. We enjoyed both the terrace bar and n3 cafe. Rooms was great and as we expected. Downsides: corridors run down, ceiling panels all look loose and the worst lift experience ever. Very long waits as lifts jump between L12 and L-6 parking with no logic. Usually full on arrival - just allow some extra time for this. Check in and out was smooth. We are English speakers and had no issue. Free electric bikes and mountain bikes were an added bonus. I would have liked more tourist info openly avail. I eventually asked if reception had a map of santiago and they did have info available. Would stay here again regardless

Razoável. Preço x beneficio tá caro
Não tive sorte na escolha do hotel. O quarto 704 é muito pequeno, colchão e chuveiro muito ruim, cama fazia barulho a cada movimento, cortina não é blecaute. Café da manhã muito fraco, só tinha o básico, infelizmente o site não dá opção de sem café ou café opcional.

Minimalista e incomodo
El hotel es nuevo, pero parte desde el concepto minimalista y eco-friendly, ambas expresiones lo que significan en definitiva menos comodidad para el cliente. El concepto de la habitación realmente la hace muy incómoda, (la cama si es muy cómoda) pero el resto me muebles son incomodos, el diseño del baño y la ducha con esa puerta corrediza es insoportable. Las fotos del escritorio y la silla para trabajar en la habitación son un claro ejemplo de incomodidad. El ordenador es casi mas grande que la mesa, y la silla es para sentarse 1 minuto y salir corriendo. Pedí hacer algunas llamadas locales y me dijeron que no se podía, ni pagando, Increíble!
El desayuno esta muy bien y muy amablemente atendido.
La recepción parece la entrada a un bar, no hay ningún sofá o donde recibir a nadie. No entiendo el concepto, pero no es para mí.
Realmente no volvería nunca más.
