Booked in through choice, was told once i got there that there was people in there the night before that complained of a gas smell, they were to get it looked at. They saved me a room incase. Went in did not like the smell so took room 50 instead. The rooms are pretty big, however that rooms bed was so uncomfortable i could not sleep. Did go and let staff know and was moved to room 46, bed was a lot better but once again uncomfy. Was then told was being moved yet again, they even rang me when i was out with my son, why are you not using that bed, question after question. We moved to room 26 in the rain, thank you to the cleaner who lent us her umbrella. Room 26 had a comfortable bed. It’s a hit and miss with what room you get i guess. But did like the location, the rooms was all pretty spacious. Staff was nice i will give them that. However due to the moving rooms so much, I don’t think i would go back. I booked previous with plenty of time so thought i would not be stuffed around moving so much, spent my relaxing holiday time mainly moving rooms.

Used for work - rooms were great - had a recently refurbished room. Bathrooms slightly small. Kettle toaster and microwave in room - plenty of tea and coffee facilities
