Everyone knows that with a good publicist and a good photographer, average things can turn out almost excellent. Here was no exception. Through a hotel search application (NOT my dear TripAdvisor, eh), I saw photos of this... congal, stable or dunghill (well it should never be called a HOTEL) and... I stayed! A night alone, because at dawn the next day... I ran away! Unfortunately, having paid about 40 dollars per night, for accommodation that would not even be worth 10 in the worst of nightmares. Imagine THE WORST OF THE WORST: "that" are these "Suites": a building that looks good, from the outside, that is, from about 80 meters away. Inside...it can even be dangerous and one can risk one's integrity and even one's life! Everything is falling apart! Dirty. Ruinous. Pseudo pool of about 4 cubic meters that can turn into a greasy broth in the afternoon. Other people say that "it is very well located." Yes. On foot of silver. Close to everything in the chosen destination, the Magical Port of Progreso in the Yucatan, but... nothing works, everything falls down... humidity, towels not torn but completely RIPPED... Anyway... You feel, already housed, like a homeless man. And if someone praises its "good price", believe me, for something even less, in cash, you can find something much better. I would pay a maximum of 5 dollars for something that cost me 40. Summary: if you come to the charming beach of Progreso, Yucatán to enjoy its emerald waters, its gastronomy and...its PEACE: AVOID THIS "HOTEL"! They will thank me, l

The hotel lacks supervision. The room had several details of garbage in the room. Open soap from the previous guest, cigarette butt in the shower, hair, clogged shower. Too bad, the fact that a hotel is of a certain cost does not mean that it should be in that condition. I would not return nor do I recommend it
