There are still 2 hot tubs available for use. - This house does not have air conditioning, only the coastal breeze and fans - Occupancy is 6 persons max (including all children) - No smoking is allowed inside any of our properties - No pets -For work from home we always recommend having a hot spot as we can't control service interruptions & outages -Some steps must be taken throughout complex to get to front door and parking. Solana Beach & Tennis club is a large complex and does not have any luggage carts. Utilities: For longer rentals (30 days or longer) the guest will be responsible for all gas / electricity charges over $200 per month / billing cycle. The bill will be provided to the guest and the excess will either be deducted from the deposit, billed or charged to the credit card on file. If you booked through a third party site likeStarter kits of toiletries are provided to all guests. Supplies for the entire length of the stay are not provided.
