We are located a couple blocks north of 30A and have plenty of parking (5 spots). Amazing backyard with a private pool, hot tub, fire pit, gas grill, outdoor dining, ping pong, and much more.It's an easy walk to the beach but we also have at least ten bicycles for your use and a 6 passenger golf cart (a separate rental agreement and deposit is required; it is $150 a day to use).Disclosures:To keep an eye on the golf cart, yard and pool maintenance we do have security cameras at the doorbell, front, back of main house, and on the backyard pool area. These are on 24/7 and record activity, but if you would like any of these deactivated during your stay please let us know in advance.
