This " BRAND NEW LUXURIOUS OCEAN VIEW CONDO With A/C" is a "TWO MINUTE" walk to the beach and has been fully remodeled from floor to ceiling. Unit 172 building 26 is a top floor corner unit of a two story building with a nice ocean view. You have a nice view of the pond that sits on the property from your Lani as well. Enjoy the extra airflow and added privacy by way of this top floor corner unit in a low rise two-story building with great vaulted ceiling’s. The front door is located at the end of the hallway so there is nobody walking by the door or in a unit above you,, lots of privacy! Three sides of this one bedroom one bathroom condominium are open by way of louver doors and or windows to be able to take advantage of the trade winds. This turn key condominium is steps away from the beautiful sandy beach that our resort sits on. Other amenities include membership to the Poipu Beach athletic club, 24 hours of security, complementary towel and chairs for the beach and swimming pool, Internet access and more. We just installed brand new floors throughout the Condo. We just bought brand new living room, dining room, bedroom furniture, and new artwork throughout the Condo. The bedroom has a brand new high-end king size Kingsdown mattress. The living room has a brand new Queen size pull out couch and two brand new recliner chairs. we just installed a brand new 65 inch TV on the wall above the brand new dining room table. we installed three new ceiling fans with lights in the living room, bedroom, and one above the bathroom sink. The condo has a perfectly framed view of the twin bridges, large monkey pod tree, and lush green lawn facing south west towards the sunset looking through the new double door sliding glass door. The bathroom has been redone with a beautiful cabinet, countertop,and sink. The bathroom has a brand new tall toilet and a nice walk-in shower with glass doors. This condo has extra windows with great ventilation being it’s an end unit. The lanai has brand new tile, a new Tropitone table with four chairs, and two new Tropitone lounge chairs with pads and a side table. Building 10 unit 50 is in a perfect location on property. This is truly an amazing Condo meant for two people. You are a two minute walk to the great Lawn, which sits right on Poipu Beach. Here you will find the beach hut where you get your towels, snorkel rentals, and surfboard rentals. They have lounge chairs and chairs you can take to the beach. The Condo sits just across the driveway from the resort laundromat. It is a three minute walk to the Marriott and the restaurant Red Salt, which is located in the Ko’a kea resort. There are restaurants, Starbucks, coffee, and shopping directly across the street. The Poipu Athletic Club has a full gym, swimming pool, and hot tub that you will be allowed to use free of charge with your stay. There is a pool side restaurant and bar at the club as well. You even have access to the Poipu Kai pool and spa, which was just renovated in 2019. It is an easy 10 minute walk down the pathway to get there.From the condo, walk down to the ocean and hike along the ocean Heritage Trail, offering magnificent views from the sandstone cliffs. The whole house A/C and the pool heater were just added. I had some problems with a cleaner, but my new guy is awesome. Together we have scrubbed the entire house. Now if the economy was to become a little more predictable, I would raise the nightly rate. In the meantime, you see some of my recent reviews! One of the primary attributes of this property is its location near the Grand Hyatt Resort, with a short 7 minute walk to Shipwreck Beach and only 15 minute walk to Poipu Beach down the Green Belt Path. No need to load up the car every time you want to go to the beach, and the hassle of finding parking.The entire home interior was recently painted and Master bath renovated to be a gorgeous spa environment with jetted tub for two, large shower and dual vanity. This property is perfect for extended families with three separate suites, each with access to outdoor decks.Air conditioning in the common area of the home is set for maximum cooling to 75 degrees, with Individual air conditioners in each of the bedrooms for sleeping comfort.Strong floor plan for private time as well as large spaces for the whole family. Master Suite with one king bed, second suite with one queen bed, and a third suite with two queen beds. Poipu Beach Park is kid-friendly and best for exploring tide pools, snorkeling, and building sandcastles. You can walk there from the condo.The condo is upgraded but it's not luxury, it's upgraded to be island style with bamboo and such, it's very nice, very comfortable and incredible location, if luxury is what you're looking for, this is not it, if you're looking for comfort, amazing location, incredible views, romance, privacy and want to watch ocean wild life right in front of your own eyes, this is the condo you're looking for!Due respect to all guests, there are two types of guests, some guests are coming to Hawaii to have a wonderful time, enjoy the condo and the views, those guests are more than welcome! There are guests who are coming to do property inspection, enjoying a vacation is the last thing on their mind! I don't know of any property that is 100% perfect in every aspect and I don't know of any ocean front property in a high humidity, wet climate, salt air with strong winds like the state of Hawaii that will not have rust here or there or electronics never breakdown!
