Use the UP arrow to set your desired temperature.4. Wait 30–60 minutes for it to heat.Please turn the temperature down and switch back to POOL when done.To heat the hot tub turn the SPA RETURN and MAIN DRAIN handles shown in the photo with the piping. Please remember to turn the handles back and turn off the heater when you are done using the spa. When the Gulf Stream pump starts to count down it IS working. It usually starts counting down from somewhere near 150. The photos referred to here will be sent 24-48 hrs before your arrival. FREEBEE: The city of Delray is currently offering an on-demand free transportation program. Freebee, a South Florida-based electric transportation company, will provide the service with GEM (Global Electric Motorcars), which are low-speed, battery-electric vehicles. Guests can request a ride through the Freebee app anywhere in the downtown service area which includes our property. ***Please Note: This is a service from the city and is subject to change***BIKE AND POOL: You and Guests understand that during your stay there is no lifeguard on duty and understand the use of the pool facilities or bikes could cause serious injury or death. Use at your own risk! The pool is heated and spa will be pre-set to a 2-hour window of your choice during your stay. TVs: There are 2 smart tvs that will enable you to log into any of your accounts (YouTube TV, Netflix, Amazon, Hulu...). Property has a mosquito misting system in the backyard and around the pool. This is a water-based natural product called Riptide that will spray at 7 a.m., 7pm and 9 p.m. We were told it is safe by the vendor and is used in resorts / hotels, but during spraying times, if you are concerned, please go inside the house. The treatment lasts 45 seconds. To use the spa, please give us a 2-hour window you would like it on. Typically, most want it on before or after dinner. If you want it on another time during the day, simply reach out to us, and we will do our best to accommodate. FEW IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW - NO parties or events or gatherings. - NO PETS or SMOKING - Quiet after 10 pm outside - There are 4 exterior cameras - Pool, pest, and yard crews will be accessing back yard for weekly services - Please note it takes 2-3 minutes to warm up the master shower and if you turn on the sink hot water next to the shower it will come on much quicker- AC lowest temp setting is 68 degrees and please keep all doors and windows shut when running- 3rd party bookings are not allowed- Due to the tropical climate in South Florida, it’s common to encounter various pests such as ants, mosquitoes, rodents, reptiles, spiders, and other insects both around the property and occasionally inside the home.While we have a professional pest control service that regularly treats the property, we kindly ask for your cooperation in helping to minimize pest activity by keeping all doors and windows closed at all times.- The property is located in an area where power outages can occur, especially during the Summer and Fall months, which is beyond the control of the property owner. In the event of a power outage lasting more than six (6) consecutive hours, a credit for that day will be issued to the guest. If the outage is expected to continue for more than twelve (12) consecutive hours, the guest may choose to cancel the remaining nights of the reservation to seek alternative accommodations and receive a refund for the unused portion.By booking this property you agree to the below: I have adequate experience regarding Grills, Spas & Pools.
