The jacuzzi takes 20-40 minutes to be heated to 100 degrees. You can let us know if you would like them warmer or less warm. Please note that only one can be heated at a time. It would be ideal to let me know in advance so I can heat the pool early in the morning to give it time to heat and switch to jacuzzi in the afternoon when it's time to unwind. EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUTWe do offer the option of early check-in/late checkout if and only the property is not booked the day before or booked the day you checkout. If the property is booked the day before, you would not be able to check in early. If the property is booked the day you checkout, late checkout won't be possible. For early check in, you would be able to check in at 11 am for a fee of $75 instead of checking in at 4pm. For late checkout, you would be able to checkout at 4pm for a fee of $75 instead of checking out at 11am. Both fees are separate.
