"I stayed here for two nights and found it to be an excellent value, especially for long-term stays. The room is spacious and designed more like a serviced apartment, with ample storage for clothes and personal items. It was clean and well-maintained, with a very comfortable bed and pillows that were just the right size and softness. The hotel features a large swimming pool, and the reception and staff were consistently friendly and polite. The internet is fast and reliable. However, the working desk is quite short—even my 13-inch laptop barely fits comfortably. Although there is no beach view, the overall quality and price make this place a great bargain. I did not try the breakfast, so I cannot comment on the food."

"Pros 👍🏻 1. Excellent value for money. 2. Both the ambiance and service were outstanding. Traveling with two young children and elderly family members, things were quite eventful at times! Our clothes actually blew off the balcony [laughing-crying emoji], and we needed help retrieving them from various rooms and even the rooftop. The staff were incredibly helpful and managed to get them all back for us. It gets very windy here, so a travel clothesline is a must-have; I immediately ordered one after this experience! 3. There are plenty of diverse facilities to enjoy. The lobby always had complimentary cookies, snacks, and iced water, perfect for guests to refuel after a busy day. 4. Although it's located next to the train tracks, I personally didn't find it noisy at all; the bar noise was actually more noticeable. 5. The 4-person family room was a huge plus for us. It's often challenging to find hotels that can accommodate a family without needing separate rooms, allowing us to stay together and look after the children, all while being reasonably priced. 6. There's a laundry room available for 40 THB per wash. Cons 👎 1. It's about a 20-minute journey to both the beach and Market Village. The road lacks sidewalks, which felt a bit dangerous, especially when going out for dinner at night, so I had to take a taxi every time. 2. The breakfast selection wasn't very extensive. 3. For massages, I'd strongly recommend going to a reputable chain near Market Village, as the options near the hotel are quite mediocre. 4. Ctrip's pictures showed a bathtub, but there wasn't one in our room, which was a bit disappointing."

"The service and location is excellent! Just a comment about the opening time of the gym room. it closes too early at 7 pm which makes us not able to workout at night. Apart from that, everything is perfect!"

"The accommodation is Secret, just as its name suggests. However, the transportation is convenient. Pets are allowed (with an additional fee). In front, there is a cafe with water and food. Overall, it's good."

"My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights. We were amazed with the amenities and how polite the staff were. They looked after us very well and made sure that we had everything that we needed. The location is very convenient. Close to 711 and the night food market. You can also walk to the beach and a mall from the Villa. We recommend this place."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Hua Hin! The breakfast was absolutely stunning—great quality ingredients and a wide variety of options, including healthy choices. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. There are plenty of activities available, perfect for all ages. The hotel itself has a beautiful tropical Thai style and is very well maintained. Highly recommended for a relaxing and memorable getaway!"

"The hotel is located in a remote area, and you need to take a tutu car to get in and out. The hotel has a clearly marked price and can call a car on your behalf, which is quite convenient. The whole hotel is small and beautiful, with rooms and villas, and a public swimming pool. Since we booked a 3-bedroom villa, we did not go to the public swimming pool. In addition to the swimming pool, the villa also has a hot spring pool for hot springs, which is quite good, but the water quality of the swimming pool is not very clean, so the child got conjunctivitis and had to go to the pharmacy to buy eye drops. The breakfast is not bad, everything you need"

"Booked a month in advance. We were luckily upgraded to a suite which got us quite stoked. The room is spacious, the staff are friendly and attentive to our needs and requests. We had an overall lovely stay. Just a note that the hotel has very limited parking space so we ended up parking on their secondary parking lot which is on the opposite side of the hotel. The breakfast buffet has limited selection but got the staples and cater to vegetarians. We also enjoyed the cook to order menu though you need to wait a bit."

"i have to say that this place is even more beautiful than we expected! the indoor pool is amazing and since it’s heated like an onsen we stayed in for so long and honestly i didn’t want to get out. every corner of the villa has its own charm, really unique compared to other places we’ve been. the bed was super comfy, just like they said. and the butlers were so nice. they helped us grill the seafood and meat. we’d love to come back again for sure!"
