Located 2 minutes walking distance from Pristina Kosovo Sister Terasa Boulevard, the hotel exhibits a performance that does not seek 5 stars with its modern new structure, clean and new decoration.
Bathroom, room in general, bed sheets and pillows are spotlessly clean.
Reception staff is friendly and fluent in English. Breakfast is varied and sufficient. Minibar is fully stocked and minibar prices are reasonable.

Nice small hotel. It is located in a small street (quiet) but within 3 minutes to the main-walking street of Pristina with a lot of restaurants. As the hotel is not so big, there was not a large choice for the breakfast. But it was OK. There is no restaurant for dinner but it's nicer to eat in a restaurant nearby.

Het was alweer mijn 2e keer in dit hotel, het personeel is vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam. De kamer is netjes, het ontbijt is eenvoudig maar goed met vers fruit, verse broodjes etc. Ik heb genoten van mijn verblijf!

The personell was very friendly and helpful. In particular in a situation in which I made a mistake they where very patient and supportive. A good service is that I could book an airport suttle service at the reception which I recommend to use. The hotel is very centrally located in the city center near The Mother Theresa boulevard. The rooms are nice rooms and clean and posess additionally a mini bar.

excelente habitacion, muy comoda, limpia y con un baño a la altura. el personal atiendo muy bien y es muy cordial. su hubicacion es muy buena y el desayuno tambien. lo unico para mejorar que que no se respetan las zonas de no fumadores y eso pasa en casi todo kosovo.
