Good location and clean. I thought the transfer advertisement was bad, as it did not go from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport you had to pay 5 euros per person. The cost was not clear in the advertisement. Note: the cost of an UBER Comfort is around 5 euros to the airport.

We booked a room with breakfast included. Because we had to catch a flight in the morning, we asked the hotel to pack a simple meal for us. At first, they said they didn't have this service, saying that the breakfast in our order was free and it was up to you to eat it or not. Later, I asked Ctrip customer service to help negotiate, and they changed their words and said that we were too early and they hadn't started breakfast yet.
I encountered this kind of thing in France and the UK before, when the time was even earlier than this, and they were very enthusiastic to help pack. I didn't expect the service attitude to be so bad.
When I went out in the morning, I saw a few foreigners sitting there, offering coffee and other things, so I suggest you don't book it, it's not friendly to Chinese people.
Ctrip's service is still very good, the speed and quality are nothing to say.
