It was a lot of fun to see a concert there and before hand we ate at the steak house and it was spendy but well worth the taste of the food! Service was great, people were friendly! The place is huge, but very clean!

Rooms in the Promenade Tower are very nice; however, ours did not have air conditioning for almost a day so we had to switch rooms. Front desk staff was not helpful when we called for maintenance; the hotel manager had to step in to fix the issue. Bell staff is amazing.

Definitely not worth the price!!! Discription is deceiving, we booked a suite that said it had a bath tub but when we got into the room there was no bathtub! The t.v wouldn't connect to netflix. There were gross stains on the couch cushions so we turned them around. our room didn't get serviced the entire 3 nights we were there. There was a chicken bone in the corridor the next morning when we came down around 10am so clearly they don't clean common area's either!!! Not child friendly, nothing for them to do in this outdated cigarette infumed place!

I felt like I was sleeping on a curb. The pillows are absolutely horrible. I could barely slee and I woke up with a sore back and neck. I’d have to say these are the worst pillows I have ever slept on in my entire life. Bring your own pillows here! Otherwise hotel room and ****** are great!

The ****** was great. Clean and ready when we arrived. ******** was good. I wouldn't recommend eating there, had 3 so so meals. The reason for the low rating is due to having a concern with two managers. I have never been treated so poorly. No blameless apology from either one. We were never listened to, and it was very disappointing. A customer service class is definitely needed in their upper management.
