Have stayed here since Sept. 2024 All management staff, including associates Sandy and Natalia are hard working, professional and attentive. They are extremely cordial and make sure everything during your stay is of your satisfaction. Having stayed at many hotels, they all experience little issues, but I can tell you the staff here, make sure any resolution is attended to swiftly and completely. The cleaning staff also do a great job, here. All staff and associates here go beyond the call of duty as if you are paying $200 a night.

Sandy and Boss lady are amazing and they both were so welcoming with customer service. Whatever issues I had they took care with no problem all while continuing to smile.

Staff is very nice. Front desk staff and management make sure to speak to every guests who walk through the front lobby. The staff are on point calling after check-in or coming in person to the guest's room checking on the guests.

I read a nasty review on here yesterday in which I personally think was written in a inappropriate manner and taste. The guest Angela, was really being harsh on the employees and management. I am not sure if she realized how she was wording her review but it was very contradicting. Angela spoke about the hotel having pest issues but also went on to say that hotel management would not extend her stay. If the hotel has pest issues why would you want the hotel management to extend your stay? I also would like to remind others who read reviews before deciding on where to stay there are always two sides to every story. Now, on to my review. WoodSpring Suites is not perfect but no hotel is. I can confirm that the staff is very nice and willing to go above and beyond to help guests. The rooms are clean and the hotel is very quiet at night. There are a lot of out of state travelers that are staying at the hotel and the parking lot is full of vehicles. The front desk offers lollipops to whoever wishes to grab a few, no matter the age! If you are looking for an affordable place to stay for a night , week or month this is the place!
