This place is a disaster. The front desk clerk Milo was rude and did not accommodate my needs. I did not stay there because there was a problem with the hotel confirming my reservation. I had to go somewhere else to stay. I will never ever go to that hotel again. Or book with your company.

Although the night staff was very friendly and very helpful, the overall experience with the establishment was poor to neutral at best. My group was spread throughout the hotel so I got to see the different rooms. Some of the bathrooms including mine had residual soap left behind from the previous guests. Some of the tubs were so dirty one from our group said he showered in his crocks. There was no heat in one of the rooms after a very cold April day. Some of the pillows and bed linens were dirty. I understand that this place is under new management. This is not a simple complaint, but a “please do better by your guests.” Especially if you’re charging extra to have a third person in the room.

Old used soap bars left in the shower. The the handles was falling from the wall, the tub was clogged, the rubber matt on the bathtub, was lifted up.
