Very close to DC with some restaurant and stores around free parking. Rooms are clean and well maintained but AC unit is a bit old

It's close to the stadium (about 2 miles) which is nice. The rooms are spacious. The beds are comfortable. When we arrived we noticed a police car parked out front which did bring up some concerns for safety. The elevator didn't work. The room was gross and the floor was sticky so it was a strictly shoes on weekend. We also found roaches in the shower and noticed the cleaning crew with bedbug spray (however we didn't experience bedbugs). The walls are also paper thin. We heard dogs barking at each other all day and night, kids screaming, people yelling, and someone blasting music.

This hotel has roaches and the toilet was broken after 1 use. I'm still waiting to hear from management for a refund. They did fix the toilet however we checked out early and I still havent heard back for a refund.

Checking staff does not respect the guest request for a room. I requested a mobility, accessible room with a rolling shower and grab bars for the toilet with a raised toilet for handicapped purposes. I was given a regular room, and when I complained, they moved me to a 1/2 finished room that only had a rolling shower with one grab bar for the whole bathroom. The toilet was a standard low toilet with no grab bars Whatsoever. The rooms were dirty and yeah, the breakfast they offered was disgusting. The eggs looked prechewed and yeah, the waffle makers were out of order, and the only other options were carbs. The milk was an a unrefrigerated container just sitting out. This is not a handicapped, friendly hotel. All handicapped parking was on the backside of the hotel. And they did not respect the need for handicap accommodations.

Customers are loud and steal napkins/sugar/creamer etc from breakfast area. The cream cheese was all open. The juice machine was broken and dripping water/juice everywhere. The shower was moldy. one elevator was broken and the other was questionable. The cleaning service had to use the same elevator so better hope they didn't hop on with you and they huge cart. Dirty underwear in the hall. Noise. My double queen was a double full. I mean this could go on and on... awful place.

部屋のエアコンが、止まる時にうるさい変な音がして、気になった。私は眠れたけれど、文句を言う人はいると思う。
朝食は普通で、いつも混んでいた。毎日同じものだったので、4泊中二日しか利用しなかった。もう少しバラエティがあれば良いと思う。

dirty hotel, only 1 elevator worked, hotel room had roaches so NASTY!!! upon arrival the room was not cleaned property- hair in sink stains on pillow cases, stains on furniture looks disgusting.went to ask for a cleaner room or for someone to clean was told no housekeeping at night, after going back & forth the manager went to clean the sink and change the bedding- did notmake a difference as we discovered roaches in the bathroom && the stand near the bed I will never stay here again!!!
