Very well appointed, clean, uncluttered room. Fast and easy check in. Complimentary breakfast was excellent. Lots of available parking. Quiet and safe. Very comfortable beds. It was an excellent stay.

Stayed one night here in September 2025. Rooms we clean and fairly large. Beds were good and pillows were adequate. Check in was easy, but room wasn't ready at 4pm. However once we went back to car to grab our bags the front desk agent brought our room cards to us about 1 minute after waiting in the lobby chairs. Hotel is on the outskirts of town on the west side so you need to drive to get to restaurants down the hill. Price was just okay, seemed a little high for a hotel of this class but parking lot was quite full so I guess being heavily booked may have boosted price. Noise in the room was not too bad considering the close location to Hwy. 16. You could hear the odd big truck but I don't recall it affecting our sleep. We did not utilize the free breakfast so cannot comment on that. Would we stay here again. Yes, as long as the rate was not too high

This new hotel, on the edge of town but well connected by one of the main highways, provides a high standard of comfort. My king room was clean and very spacious, with a mini-kitchenette equipped with microwave and fridge, though without cutlery or crockery – perhaps this is planned to be supplied later (?). The bathroom was standard, though the bath was a little ‘slippy’. The wifi was efficient, parking was adequate, and the room price reasonable. On the downside, the staff seemed rather poorly trained. The checkin agent didn’t seem to grasp that my European country of residence was not a province of Canada. When I later asked if there was fresh milk available (to make tea in my room) the desk agent had to look in the soft-drinks fridge to confirm that there was none. However, 2% milk appeared at breakfast in the cereals section. The agent could easily just have asked or looked in the kitchen! In other respects breakfast was rather poor – just North American standard with lots of plastic-wrapped items in miniature tubs, though at least real plates, mugs and cutlery, and even some fresh fruit and sliced tomato. Being quite far out of town, the hotel would benefit from having a proper quality restaurant. Finally, the room heating/AC seems to be straight out of the 1960s – a noisy fan heater that blows cold air regardless of the setting. As a global chain with a reputation to protect and improve, BW really should be installing proper central heating into its newbuild properties.

Location: Outside downtown off Route 1. Reasonable driving distance to restaurants. Hotel: New, clean. Large well appointed lobby with a fireplace. Fast internet at 48.67 Mbps download. Large breakfast area. Breakfast was well stocked and well attended. Indoor swimming pool with tube slide. Fairly private business center. Great, large fitness center. Room: Large. Great mattress. Well furnished. Bathroom had plenty of counter space. Staff: Professional. Price: Attractive

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this hotel. This visit was with my elderly mother and we stayed on the 3rd floor. We heard nothing in the hallways, although it was a pet friendly hotel. The little bar fridge did not have a freezer but front desk staff offered to store my ice packs in a freezer in the back until we checked out. We didn't use the pool or the exercise room. We ate breakfast there 4x and if things ran out, they topped it up quickly. They are environmentally friendly, having dispensers for soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion which is nice. We declined housekeeping for the entire stay as they provided ample towels. The room was immaculate. It would be nice if they had a lower shower head and a grab bar inside the tub, as my mom (5 feet tall) couldn't reach it and was nervous about falling. But they did have an available bathmat for inside the tub to prevent falls. They had a hair dryer which was a nice touch too. They only had 3 handicapped parking spots for the front of the hotel so I had to drop my mom off at the door 2x while I parked. Another couple of spots would be nice. So nice to be walking distance to many things! A dollar store, clothing store, pizza, liquor, Walmart (has groceries), bakery, Old Navy, Michaels and much much more. I had a slight issue with my bill but it was very quickly resolved with a phone call/email with Andrea who was incredibly kind. Overall, this is the ONLY hotel I will stay at in Prince George.
