Reasonably priced for the season. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were very welcoming on check-in. Loved the shower, good water pressure.

L'hotel è posizionato in centro, in una cittadina che non offre molto attrattive e che per noi è risultata di passaggio verso le Rocky Mountains. Hotel in parziale ristrutturazione, per cui non ha al momento una sala colazioni e se si vuole la colazione viene servita in camera effettuando la scelta sul menu presente nella camera stessa , da posizionare sulla maniglia esterna entro la mezzanotte. Si sceglie l'ora, ma non viene sempre rispettata. Camera grande con letto king size e ben accessoriata. Molto particolare il bagno a vetrata( che si oscura automaticamente ,chiudendo la porta del bagno) .

This hotel was recently renovated. It was very clean and modern. We were quite shocked by the open glass wall in the bathroom and shower. No privacy. The restaurant was not open yet for seating. Food is available in room only after 7:00 AM. Too late for our train. Elevator floors are accessible by key card only. One of ours did not work. The hot tub was not working Staff were apologetic and understanding. Brought us coffee in the lobby. Be sure to ask about the bathroom.

Good overall. Comfy bed, soft. Decent pool and gym. Quite a few Restaurants near by. Clean. Friendly staff. Parking is a little funny being downtown. If you want to stay downtown, this is a better than average place to stay. Probably best for walking to high end restaurants.

Not a place to stay for single moms. I was overcharged massively and during my check in no one even confirmed any pricing with me. The parking? What a serious joke. This is a more expensive place to stay, I usually stay in cheaper places and I will continue to do that from now on lol

The room was clean and well equipped. Staff was very friendly and helpful The responded to any request quickly. The pool is well maintained and our granddaughter loves swimming in it. We stay their twice a year when traveling to and from Northern B,C. The only problem was the toilet ran continually all night and was noisy

We had a generally positive experience with the hotel, appreciating the cleanliness and quality of the rooms. However, we were disappointed by the closure of the hotel restaurant during our stay. Additionally, while we understand that the hotel strives for good security, our friends' truck was unfortunately broken into, resulting in stolen items. Due to this incident, we would likely not choose to stay at this location again in the future. Despite these issues, we found the hotel staff to be excellent and very accommodating.
