From the living room, there are 2 accesses to the raised patio overlooking to the spacious garden.The property includes an attached 1+1 suite occupied by the owners. The entrance to the suite is completely separate and located at the back of the house, where the owners have their own patio. The only shared space between the owners and guests is the driveway.Guests have full access to the entire guest suite, front patio, surrounding garden and firepit. The front patio also features a barbecue for only guest use, where guests can enjoy their breakfast or supper.The parking is free and it is part of the garden.
