Park Hotel Bellevue

Run away from this hotel, what a shame a so-called 3 star hotel!!!! If I could give it 0 I would have given it. We came to spend a holiday in Bulgaria, but what a big disappointment. Everything was bad from the service to the staff who were not welcoming or smiling, even the food was not good. I paid for a stay with breakfast, I only went down 2 times, because there was no choice, cheese, butter, jam, dough, egg, sausage for 12 days, tasteless coffee, there is not a single good thing, no wifi networks, forced to stay at reception to catch a bar of wifi, room in very poor condition, dirty, old furniture, cleaning that was only done 2 times at our request for a 12-day stay and I am told that there are only 2 cleaning ladies for the whole hotel, but where is our money going? We pay for a minimum service but you will find 0. Not to mention cockroaches found dead under the towel at the feet of the bathroom and millipedes that wander around the room. Broken shower mixer that leaks and the blocked drain you will find yourself with your feet in the water. UNCOMFORTABLE bed, I have never slept in such a hard bed in my life, they could have put a mattress topper to alleviate it but no, I had severe back pain, power cut during the midday until the end of the afternoon. Locations very far away at the top of the mountain so you have to climb to get there, very difficult without a car m. I ended my vacation at the 4 star hotel rosslyn dimyat which is another level.
