O atendente do checkin não conseguia verificar a reserva e o pagamento realizado com antecedência via site, querendo cobrar novamente no local. Após isso, nos acomodou em um apartamento o qual não correspondia ao reservado, sendo trocado após reclamação.

Fraco o hotel pelo preço que cobram , quarto sujo , a toalha parede de papel , não enxuga , lençol todo rasgado , travesseiro destruído , e quarto sujo sem sabonete se quer . Café da manhã muito bom ( o que salvou a diária )

O hotel possui uma estrutura nova e que atende parcialmente bem. O café da manhã é bom e possui variedades, entretanto, o hotel não possui serviço de almoço ou jantar e, como o mesmo está em uma área que não possui muitas opções por perto, dificulta a alimentação no período da noite. Os colaboradores da recepção são um tanto ríspidos. De forma geral o hotel possui acomodação ligeiramente espaçosa e tem uma boa limpeza dos quartos.
