O atendente do checkin não conseguia verificar a reserva e o pagamento realizado com antecedência via site, querendo cobrar novamente no local. Após isso, nos acomodou em um apartamento o qual não correspondia ao reservado, sendo trocado após reclamação.

Chegamos na recepção e haviam 2 recepcionistas, perguntamos o valor da diaria do casal + uma criança e ele nos passou 550,00 falei que reservaria pelo trivago pois sairia a 366,00 e ele me passou que conseguiria fazer direto no balcão a 370,00. Reservamos direto no balcão. Logo em seguida chegou outro hospede com reserva pelo booking, o recepcionista mais velho (o mesmo que fez a nossa reserva) disse ao rapaz que cancelasse a reserva pelo booking e respondesse um email dizendo que não se hospedou aqui, que assim ele conseguiria reservar um quarto superior pelos mesmos 320,00 valor da reserva dele pelo booking. Questionei se ele nos colocaria em um quarto “superior” também, já que estamos pagando um valor a mais, ele me respondeu que todos os quartos eram novos. Resumindo, estamos nos quartos mais simples do hotel, e eles precificam conforme querem e ainda fazem falcatruas de cancelamento das reservas vindas pelo booking.

Fraco o hotel pelo preço que cobram , quarto sujo , a toalha parede de papel , não enxuga , lençol todo rasgado , travesseiro destruído , e quarto sujo sem sabonete se quer . Café da manhã muito bom ( o que salvou a diária )
