If I were you I will put either new fans in the room or aitcon the fan in our room have almost no wind that is comming out of it and is was very warm that day we slept over there the heat was unbearble

The room we were given did not match what we had booked, a clear misrepresentation of the facilities promised. The house lacks proper soundproofing, and the room from our first night also had poor lightproofing, making it impossible to rest peacefully. We experienced constant noise, including doors slamming, footsteps from the floor above, guests talking, kitchen noise, and even the sound of toilets flushing. When we decided to leave early due to these conditions, management refused our request for a refund, despite the fact that the misrepresentation was entirely their fault. Disappointing stay due to misrepresented room and constant noise, despite the efforts of a kind and attentive staff member - Memory who did her best, given the circumstances.

It was lovely to be at the guest house, and we loved the warm and friendly environment. Thank you for allowing us to photoshoot at the guest for my son's matric ball. Melody, or Memory, is also an awesome hostess.
