Not as shown on the website. The luxury rm wasn’t impressive, the carpets dirty and had a foul ar tench that triggered my sinus. Left the place in a sick condition.

The place is very run down. Two water fountans that are central in the gardens and entrance are not in working order and look old and uncared for. There was no security by the gate for most of the time I stayed there. I am a solo female traveler so I felt unsafe as I checked in for Sunday and Monday. The gate to the property was open and anyone could just walk in. The staff were sitting around at reception having a loud chat and looking as if they're the guests. There was no wifi for most of the time I was there. The paving is broken and in neglect. I had no help with my suitcases when I checked in or out. I had to carry it all by myself. Very disappointed with this experience.

This is by far the worst place for a business trip. No wifi coverage to work in rooms, rooms with doors that can easily compromise your privacy. We just ate dinner in the dark!! I am writing this hoping management will see it and rescue us!!! I mean how do you NOT have stable wifi in 2024, as an establishment?

Booked for the weekend to relax in what we thought was a luxury hotel only to find the place in a total mess after a year end party on Friday, chairs & tables lying around. Broken glass on the floor etc. Checked in, they did not have a baby cot so our 2 year old had to sleep on the floor. There is no wifi in our room, management try to fix it but then just shrugged his shoulders after several attempts to reboot. Worst was yet to come. There was another year end party booked for Saturday, this time it was total chaos. We went to get someting to eat at a close by restaurant as the in house restaurant only have 2 options and when we came back the security wanted us to park outside the property in a field, after convincing him we will not, they still wanted us to park about 600m from our unit and then the worst part came. They allow their year end party goers to party until after 4am, turning the place into a night club. We did not sleep at all. Will never come back. Shocking management of a beautiful property.
